akemi tracked mana. akemi was jk'd, so the action failed.
mana watched akemi. mana started the person that was super jk'd, which also causes actions on that person to fail. thus mana's action also fails

can you explain like the nook spot it's mostly his role interactions. his role accounts for why mana/akemi were blocked, and if they are a wolf i don't really think blocking akemi and preventing kp on her is pro-wolves. it only is if wolves expected akemi to be a hotspot for actions, which... meh. ...
