But I wanted to live in fantasy land a little longer : <

Too late, feeling special.Dyslexicon wrote: ↑Fri Jul 01, 2022 9:01 pmI haven't actually ever wolf read you. I've been unsure. But right when I said this, I read your post to me like "Either way, me town reading you is a win for you. Either I'm correct or you get to laugh about it in secret." It was very "Why do you care" in a way that took it for granted that I shouldn't care about your alignment. Yeah, that is way convoluted and not strong, but it's something that's been brewing, and I just feel you're town. I already said as much. Like, you play kind of wolfy, but you're probably town, is the feeling I'm getting.EnderWiggin wrote: ↑Fri Jul 01, 2022 8:57 pmOkay, what changed your mind?Dyslexicon wrote: ↑Fri Jul 01, 2022 8:56 pm Ok, I'm doing this: Ender town.
@JaggedJimmyJay You should start to realise your healthy game state is not what you think it is at some point.
Also, I'm town reading literally everyone, so don't feel special.

Re: Halvøsen Ridge [DAY 2]
Alright, if Wilgy flips red btw I want to go after Jay next.
There are multiple reads where he does a POE and has Wilgy there as an afterthought.
Or susses and with a "Maybe Wilgy".
This allows him to say he was sussing Wilgy if he goes over but means he doesn't have to push them unless someone cases Wilgy haaaaaard

I have Dizzy as townJaggedJimmyJay wrote: ↑Fri Jul 01, 2022 7:46 pmTurbulent. The vibe is good, but the solving is turbulent. I still feel mostly okay about this POE group, perhaps with Wilgy added:
Creature
Dyslexicon
EnderWiggin
fingersplints
RondoDimBuckle
While acknowledging town accounts exist for these slots. Much of my own turbulence is that many suspects I have called out have been vouched for by someone, often by a town read. That can be healthy enough, but it's challenging. Maybe this is how mountainous feels.
Rondo as light town
Fingersplints as probably villager
And Creature as townish but also low effort so could be wolf.
So Creature is closest to not a townread.
Wilgy I don't townread.

The way thread was stagnating around FS wagon made me want to stir the pot. I legit was a little iffy on Marmot because when heat died down on them their rise in activity quietened, and so I wanted to see what happened if I brought back a Marmot wagon and if that would re-invigorate game state.Alison wrote: ↑Fri Jul 01, 2022 6:15 pmWhat moved you? I struggle to find concordant processes or threads of thinking to interpret; everything is kaleidoscopic and inscrutable. @RondoDimBuckle you're the only one that can help me to change that, unless anyone else here knows you well and is willing to talk about it (Hi, EnderWiggin). As it stands, I don't think I town read this slot. While the immense activity is great, it's also chaos.
I've only ever seen him wolf irl so I don't know how much of it works in forum mafia, but in irl he likes to make it difficult to link him and his partners together, especially when it comes to drawing attention to himself. He's saved partners purely by making himself more suspicious.
I have a feeling I might be able to read him better if I don't pressure him early tbh, because the more aware he is of me the more likely he'll put effort into hiding what I could read as scum.
This is a decision I've come to after a few games.

Re: Halvøsen Ridge [DAY 2]
I am a simple man, I see Boq post, I usually kinda nod.Boquise wrote: ↑Fri Jul 01, 2022 1:43 pmOooh why do you love it?EnderWiggin wrote: ↑Fri Jul 01, 2022 10:38 amBecause the sensation was "Wolves comfortable" which suggests a wolf in towncore and those 3 + Mac + Boq were that towncore. Mac is dead and I might be premature but I've loved Boq's content.NateTheLesser wrote: ↑Fri Jul 01, 2022 3:18 amI said this in more words in response to Alison, but people keep agreeing with my pushes, and it leaves me oddly directionless.EnderWiggin wrote: ↑Fri Jul 01, 2022 12:16 am [VOTE: NateTheLesser] aubergine
Honestly don't feel like you care about the current gamestate, why's that?
You're disquieted because you think there's a wolf in Alison/Lucy/Jay? Why those 3?
Hence those three.

To add to that:EnderWiggin wrote: ↑Fri Jul 01, 2022 10:40 amWe know each other irl, we've played werewolf irl together and other social deduction games, and we have been a team together irl.JaggedJimmyJay wrote: ↑Fri Jul 01, 2022 4:37 am @RondoDimBuckle, @EnderWiggin -- I get the impression you know each other quite well. Have you been on a mafia team together before?
I recruited him into online play.
Some part of his irl play comes into online, however with irl play the voting isn't exactly like forum and that does bring changes.
Also I haven't yet seen him wolf irl so idk if the tricks I use to read him actually translate.
