I don't think Alexa makes that shot as Mafia, but I do think she's ok making that shot as town and blaming someone else. People tend to want to find a fall man more frequently as town than mafia, it's past the point of "finding the next kill" it's "who can I blame for the loss".

Alexa is town, she just won't own her shot.

You hard claimed a red check; this is how it's a real check.

You had every opportunity to make a black-and-white statement stating that your red check was a ruse or otherwise fabricated, and you refused.

You are talking to me like your side of the story is not difficult to understand, but it is. It makes literally no sense.

For the record, I have a red check against Falcon, hard claiming, never rescinding.

Ok, so you have one example where I've done a thing (fake claim a red) and in that example town was already in a really bad spot. One example of me doing it must therefore mean that I always do it.

Do you even have a higher winrate than me on site? Just curious - because it has been difficult trying to understand how people play here and to adjust my reads accordingly.

I don't think Axe is even a guaranteed wolf. Who tf fakes a red check but tells people not to shoot them? Besides that, NAA has a history of faking red checks as town (I can name the Avatar Last Airbender game).

I guarantee nobody can name a game other than atla where I've fake claimed in the past 10 years of playing mafia... I'm not saying that I haven't, just that it's rare and the mythology that has developed around AtlA has lead to this role Nanook dealt me.

if he's town he has the most anti-town role in history. i don't believe Nook would give town a role that involves faking red checks in a non-bastard game.

How well do you know Nanook, and why wouldn't you lean on opinions like Nutella / other people who know Nanook games can have really wacky and / or roles made for specific players... Nanook usually throws a bunch of crazy things at the wall with the idea that at least one will stick, and it'll be hilarious.

I'm using my role. I have no obligation to do anything. My judgment call on Alison / the shot was wrong. It was a fair use of my role, not a deliberate attempt to throw people off.

Listen, we all make mistakes. I was admittedly wrong in picking Alison for my action.

Alexa was wrong in shooting Alison, I still think she's town for it.

I already largely explained why I picked Alison.

Also, regardless of that... I'm not really one to consider individual skill when picking targets.

The falcon check is real though.

I also recommend not killing them today.
