So let me tell you an interesting story...
Wow, that is crazy. Another microcosm like we were!
We created an insular Mafia culture back on Lostpedia Forums over 15 years ago with some colloquial ideas of what was normal. Hell, the first game we tried didn't even have rules against BTSC! LOL

About that, here is another thing I didn't mention.
The site I was talking about did not have rules against BTSC either. Players just sent PMs to each other every game, freely. I have no idea if it's even possible to balance that, but hey, it worked for them.
@Dragon D. Luffy@Michelle Actually I ran the game already but some players got toxic too much and instead of subbing and keeping things tense, as it was just day1, I just declared no contest. I will run it again as Semi-Open setup somewhere around June but I have other very cool setup ideas as well, closest one will start probably somewhere around first april.
Here's kinda the new setup idea I plan on running.
Less Is More
X town
Y mafia
Everyone can abstain from something in their role PMs. Depending on what and how much they abstain, they will be granted appropriate amount of coins.
Role Confirmation also counts as Day 0. During it, they are free to voice out what they abstain from and if they wish to buy an item with the amount of coins gained.
There will be X items ranged from C to S tier.
C tier items are items that will barely be able to help the game.
B tier items are items that have a direct influence on the game if used well.
A tier items are items that will always have a strong influence on the game.
S tier items are items that can easily decide the game's outcome.
Only item's names and looks will be revealed. Their functions will remain unknown until bought and will then be revealed only to the buyer. Or not. Not sure what to do with this part.
gg the shot was mostly due to time constraints (starting today, I have negative time for mafia), but I don't think I would have gotten to michelle regardless.

Woo Good play by Epi, it cleared him for me.
And @falcon45ca not sure if I’m the one that got you killed, I kneejerk protected you when someone was sussing you and I tried to pull back from it and that prolly made it worse. I even PMed the spec chat via the host when I did it like, “Doh I’m an idiot”.
But you did win!
Partially! I looked at the polls and noticed that Falcon was always moved off of by the end of each phase, except the day TSP voted for him, and then the next day TSP was voted out. Then I replied to Falcon's question about The Plan, and you posted afterward, inexplicably, that I was cleared, when everything I read about my slot suggested I was chopped liver walking. Fed into the narrative I was building in my mind and I decided to just YOLO it. Actually a really unintentionally good play on your part.

It was super hard to tell the difference between real Michelle sus and faux. Like the last day I kept waffling over Nutella’s vote for her.
I’m glad we didn’t have to keep voting, not sure I ever would have come to leetic and Syn came in very towny.
Mood. I wasn't sure if Nutella's was just pretending to throw the assassins off the trail/signal to the other guards or not.
I was pretty sure Leetic just flat didn't know Michelle was the king.

Yeah I felt like we avoided pressuring her too much for a while. Makes sense re leetic I had that thought earlier on and then let up for some bad contrived reasoning lol. Really interesting "common knowledge" game

I thought leetic was doing some fantastic King cover.
Or rather bait, I kinda thought I (and maybe SVS too) looked plausibly king like by the last couple days just from kinda avoiding much real pressure throughout on kinda nothing

I though SVS had been pretty townie but also had said something that made me think she knew Michelle was the king so I was purposely just not interacting with SVS. I guess the wolves didn't care about that though.
I tried but keeping the flappy mouth shut isn’t always my strong suit lol.
I tried very hard not to interact with or about her since I know I over explain so thought avoiding her completely was the best course of action. I tried to ignore you too, and Falcon (except I fucked that up lol).
Skip softly, my moonbeams, for I have heard tell

I'm doubtful of Thunal's strategies here. The thing is that we want the assassins out of the way early, as the more villagers we kill the higher the chances of the assassins getting the target correct. It also assumes a complete lack of creativity from us. As long as people are smart enough to not take the route of always townreading the king, then it won't be an issue. All of us know who the king is, as long as we aren't absolute morons the king is never in danger of being the final lynch regardless of if one or some of the guards are voting them at any particular moment. We benefit from resolving this as quickly as possible, and in most scenarios random lynches won't achieve that.
We know who's the king? You mean Daisukenowaifu?
Wait, shouldn't it be queen. This doesn't make sense gender wise
This slipped the king lol
Queen = user is a woman
Foxy, being a newcomer, isn’t immediately attuned to everyone’s gender. This means the king had to have an overtly feminine username.

Michelle
(See beginning of spec chat)
I did that intentionally... I immediately put it onto Daisu. Ofc it's queen since Daisu is a girl, idk how you guys interpreted it as anything but that
