The only thing that gives me pause is just how convenient it looks given the situation you find yourselves in. Momentum and overconfidence are hard to distinguish at times.

It kind of does, especially when he was already essentially in the clear (i'm pretty sure he was suspect #3 for all of us with only 2 spots remaining) and the cops essentially can't win.
