I haven't heard much Neutral Milk Hotel, but Sigur Ros I find really annoying. I generally think the 2000s are a stronger decade musically than the wasteland that was the nineties. Here are the bands I listened to in that period that I plus a few I discovered later: No Doubt, Reel Big Fish, The Presidents of the United States of America, The Refreshments, Megadeth, Melvins, that is about it.

Dear Partner,

Good day to you, I am Lasha Morchiladze the personal assistant to Georgian president Mikheil Saakashvili. Our regime is about to over and the new Prime Minister Bidzina Ivanishvili planed to jail us for causing 2008 war of which we stole a lot of money.

I want to send all my money to you (380,000,000$) little by little, and run away from this country after the nest elections which come up soon.

Please let every thing be secret between us.

Reply me if you are interested.

Thanks,
Mr. Lasha Morchiladze.

A kids' brakes went out and hit my car (stopped at a redlight) going about 45 mph. When we were hit, the glass from the back window flew past us in this very surreal cinematic way. Luckily no one was in the back or they'd have gotten a faceful of glass. The noise was SO LOUD that I thought a bomb had gone off or something had exploded. My car is totaled and I'm in a lot of pain as you might imagine, but the doctor thinks it's muscular only. I'm milking it for everything it's worth at the homefront because my husband has been a bit of a ferret lately (but he is off procuring me Pei Wei right now). I'm okay though and looking forward to a day of sloth and Netflix.

Anyway, sorry I missed the vote but I spent the entire day dealing with the aftermath. We were on the scene of the crash with the police for 2 HOURS (we actually got pretty badly sunburnt) and then the kid lied on the police report about his insurance carrier but I Nancy Drew'd that out pretty good.

Oh my gosh Mongoose how awful. I can imagine you hurt all over. Hope you get better soon.

Now on a completely different and random topic that has nothing to do with the most important thing here which is obviously Mongoose's wreck, we need a fantasy football team here. We have one on RM, we have one on HV, why shouldn't the syndicate have one? The thing is, are there any football peeps that come here besides me (and epignosis, he's in one of my other leagues)?

again Mongoose, this is nowhere near as important as your injuries - ring that bell often!

I have not seen The Wire.

I love Mad Men, but imo, it's a lot like Breaking Bad in that the first season moves pretty slow. There's A LOT of set up the first season in both shows, which makes slugging through them a bit rough at first. Then they just take off!

It's bow-shaped though.

I wouldn't mind having a bow but there's not enough room to shoot arrows in my apartment.
