Probably 48/24, but open to 36/12 or 24/24 if folks prefer it

As I said last time, I would like to run this setup a decent number of times to investigate its balance. So here's a second run. I probably won't incorporate a theme this time, but perhaps I will if people want one.

This game has filled. I will rand it shortly and send role cards. We will most likely start at 6:00 PM EDT today (Wednesday the 17th) to keep the phase changes staggered with the other active game.
