I changed mine as soon as I signed up for the game, but I intend to change my avatar to something that fits whatever role I get for roleplay purposes anyways. Even if I do get to be a mage or a sage I'll probably change my avatar to Erk or Klein or someone. You don't have to switch if you don't want to.

Corrin is an actual dragon. I think manakete? Wyvern knights ride around on the backs of wyverns like Pegasus knights do.
