Beaters smack around the Bludger (basically a big ol' medicine ball) with bats.

Which is I assume the key to understanding the joke in placing me in that position.

Bludgers are designed to hit the opposing team and knock them off their brooms.

Quaffle is the name of the "soccer ball" that Chasers put in the goals.

Oh I'm not mad or even upset! I just couldn't resist yanking Epi's chain, and I really didn't know what happened to Dumbledore. I have avoided info on the last few books thinking I would read them someday. There is absolutely no need for apologies! I laughed when I read it.

The Tragedy of the Gryffindor Tower.

The Fat Lady's scream was so loud that it woke up most of the students who were sleeping in the Gryffindor Tower.

One the prefects went outside to call the teachers. They quickly came to the corridor outside of the tower's entrance, where dozens of students were surrounding an object on the floor. On the wall front of them, the portrait of the Fat Lady, the House's gatekeeper. She was sobbing, as she was being comforted by her friend from another portrait.

The object was, in fact, a person. And he was dead. Apparently the Fat Lady had come back from a party in another portrait, only to see the dead boy in front of the tower's entrance.

- Step aside! - said Prof. Daisy, as she and the others approached the body.

Prof. Golden touched the body. No signs of any kind of damage, or poisoning, or anything that could explain why he had died. He had just... died.

- Could it be... - he muttered.
- ... the Avada Kedavra spell? - said Prof. Dunya.
- But we don't teach that here. None of the students should know that spell.
- But none of the teachers have left their rooms. The portraits would have told us if they did.
- Are you suggesting one of the students could know the Death Curse?

- Guys, stop. - said Prof. Daisy - Let's not scare the students. We need to investigate this more throroughly tomorrow. Fow now, you'll keep guard here for the night.

The teachers mobilized themselves to protect the students and find the culprit. But after this night, Hogwarts was not a safe place for young wizards and witches anymore.

Dragon D. Luffy (Hogwarts Student) was killed during the night.

Day 1 Begins!

House Cup

Ladies and gentlemen students of Hogwarts, I am pleased to announce the House Cup has just begun.

During each day/night cycle, you will be competing for points. Each student will be awarded points for their house based on the following actions:

1- Posted at least 6 times during a day: 2 points.
2- Posted at least 3 times during a night: 1 point.
3- Voted in the lynch poll: 1 point.
4- Used at least one ability in that cycle: 2 points.
5- Drank or made someone drink a potion: 1 point.
6- Used all their 3 abilities at least once each: 4 points when the third ability is used.
7- Voted in a successful lynch of a guilty player: 4 points.
8- Voted in a successful lynch of an innocent player: -2 points.

Points are averaged by the number of living players in the house (divided by that number and multiplied by 6).

At the end of the night, each of the members of the house that get the most points will be able to choose one magical item from the list below to gain. In case of ties between multiple houses, the winner will be decided at random.

Spoiler: show
- Leprechaun Coins: It looks like gold, but it will disappear after a few hours. The student who has these will have +1 vote power in that day, but will have zero vote power in the following day.

- Floo Powder: This powder can be used to communicate from great distances. The student who uses this will be able to gain BTSC with another person of their choice until the end of the next night.

- Niffler: a little creature that loves treasure. It can scan a house to find out how many Deathly Hallows there are in it.

- Canary Cream: This biscuit can be given to a player to turn them into a large canary. That will distract the two students who are beside them in the player list, making them unable to focus enough to use Dark Arts or investigation abilities in that night.

- Portrait: A talking portrait that can be used to block the entrance to a house. This will make it impossible for someone who doesn’t belong to their house to target them with any abilities during that cycle, unless it is a super-kill.

Good luck!

Thinking out loud, is there a way to math out who has what/who targeted who with what/etc using the potential House Points as a jumping off point?

Or would that require too much outing/claiming/bullshit to be worth anything in the long term.
