Day 3: Event

The citizens of Delaware and New Jersey were shocked.

A man by the name of DisgruntledPorcupine was killed in a "fight club" last night in Delaware City. People were outraged. The police went into panic mode. Now they really wanted to catch this Tyler Durden fellow and the members of the so-called "Project Mayhem".

"I think it's about time we hired a private investigator", mused the police chief. The others agreed.

It is still Day 3. You have a bit less than 40 hours to apply for the private investigator position!! Only civilians may qualify.

To apply, PM me with all the reasons you feel you are best qualified for the position.

Hey old thread. I came back. I see Aces was seriously injured, and DP died? This game keeps sending me spinning.

I fought last night and won, I'm really not allowed to discuss anything further then that.

Also does anyone think by chance someone died night one that we don't know about? I was under the assumption no one died but now I'm not sure.

I'm originally from New Castle Deleware. Then I went to Wilmington.

If I recall, the winners we knew about at the time were

New Castle - DH
Wilmington - Boogs
Penns Grove - Spacedaisy
Deleware City - bwt

Then the Day 2 fight in Wilmington was Bullz vs Sorsha. Can't tell who won that since the poll isn't up saying who is here.

I just came from New Castle, she was seriously injured and could not participate until after night 2. No voting and silenced. If I thought about it I knew you were from there. I just fought Keterman there, he was NOT seriously injured and I won.

I'm trying to put a SS together to get a handle on this game. Still have a lot of blanks.

Who doesn't want to fight? I think everyone should have an equal opportunity at it and many players haven't had a chance. I believe that this is the point of the game. If everyone wants a chance at it then we should discuss that.

I'm sure that could be arranged. I just fought last night so it's not so important to me. I would like to give others a shot too. It does take two of us to make a fight. I'm sure some of the people here will not want to fight. I think it's a vital part of the game.

Sorry guys, My 5 months pregnant sister is moving today to another state (she is already on the road) so the fam has been pitching in all month to get her & her family underway, and yesterday was the last minute stuff/cry a thon/beer & BBQ day. Here and ready.

I think we all should get a chance to fight if we want to, and I still would rather let all the non fighters who wish to fight, fight. It's a risk, as DPs death has shown us, but also a chance to gain power.

I am going to self vote. I had planned to campaign a bit, but the poll being late, and my family kinda got in the way of that, so maybe BR has a point. Those who want to fight can self vote, and those who don't can decide.

Just so you're aware INH, should you self vote there is an equal chance you will end up fighting me (I've already won a fight and seriously injured my opponent) as there is a chance you'd fight SVS.

Do you think it's a bad idea to let some more of the first timers throw their hat in the ring before people who have already fought keep fighting and building potential strength? I have brought that up several times, and you have never really addressed it.

Well, so do other people, but they are afraid to get killed since you are at a higher level. I guess I am just thinking of it as that at this point, the vast majority of us are probably still civvies, and keeping us on an even keel rather than killing us this early seems like a better idea. i am kind of wary of people who are about personal power.

I like working together if possible rather than playing each man for himself, I guess.
