There's a non-player vote but they can only choose the non-player option. Anyway I highly doubt that it counts.

Oh no, the non-player option is generally there so that hosts and deadies don't have to click 'show results' on the poll to see where everything is at. It won't count towards the tie.

The non-player option is just so us hosts don't have to click the "view results" button over and over. It is not counted toward any ties.
All players must check in via voting in the poll before we can move on from Day 0.
