I agree with this. Targeting people BECAUSE they are trying to win rupees doesn't make sense. I don't believe civvies are less likely to try as baddies. I'll see if I can find fingers' post. He did back off pretty quickly. It might be a product of other people backing fingers up, and not just her reaction. i.e. llama didn't support the case.
