Orrrrrr you guys could remember that Marmot likely invoked a No Lynch due to the Day 1 tie.
Which was discussed already. But nice try.
Ah, good point. Do we know if Marmot used this same way of resolving ties in his Mountains game?

@Marmot any chance you can tell us how ties are handled?
In the event of a tie on Day 1, no one is lynched.
In the event of a tie on any other day, one of the tied players will randomly be chosen and cast into the abyss (lynched).
Here's the link.

Because in the past I have known a quiet rabbit to be a bad rabbit. I'm only thinking of one game though so the sample size is not significant - which is why it just makes me nervous instead of raising big red flags.

Ultimately, he still has several points against him.
1) I don't feel his Epi case
2) I disagree with his Nutella case, which was proven wrong.
3) I could see him as w/w with Timmer
4) I could see him w/w with DF

Oh. I forgot to say why. Rabbit has been rude but not hunting. Normally (take that with a grain of salt cause we've only played like one game together but this is the best I got), Rabbit takes no shit while dishing whatever. In this game, the dishes have shit but not meat.

Rabbit vote analysis:
Rabbit makes a point of having voted for LC but not necessarily intending to stay on him and indeed points out when he is no longer doing so. He never really explains why he voted LC. (Sloonei may have called him on this, prompting the later comment.) Is this AI for Rabbit if LC's alignment is known? Or vice versa? Not sure.
Rabbit ends up voting DF, a fairly big train, without saying why. This assists with the no lynch tie.
Rabbit does not vote Day 2.
Day 3, Rabbit votes Mac over Nutella. He talked about the later a bit but not the former. Ultimately, with 4 competing townie vote trains, in not sure this matters much but the discrepancy between words and actions is notable.
Day 4, Rabbit misses the vote.
I'd be good with a Rabbit lynch.

I'm going to have to talk out loud about rabbit to collect my thoughts. This is a summary of his ISO (feel free to skip to the bottom, it's a technique to distill my thoughts):
- Posts a series of posts at the beginning that have no meat
- Calls nutella verbose, sloonei a civ, says he votes for LC with no reason stated
- Says he didn't vote LC - I can't tell from the thread
- More posts that have no meat
- Calls to lynch Mac, maybe jokingly
- Calls nutella bad because she says DF's vote for rabbit makes sense
- Asks why DF didn't vote for Epi, calls DF's vote bullshit but says it's not AI but votes for him - I don't understand this
- Calls LC disingenuous for saying "what a crazy happenstance - I survived"
- Says again nutella's comment that DF's vote made sense didn't make sense
- Says he never took issue with DF's vote, his issue was with nutella - so why did he vote DF?
- Says LC and nutella should be lynched but turns around and says he didn't mean it about LC - wanted to get nutella to react
- Says nutella's comment was inauthentic
- Says nutella bad
- Didn't know novaselinever was playing
- Says Epi is lying for saying he expected Mac to go somewhere with his "red peak"
- Claims to be Bilbo
- Says he thought Sloonei was bad
- Does not vote Day 2
- Says Day 3 he will make a big "fuck you" post night 3 - he never does this
- Questions Mac on how INH is hiding - says he might change his vote to Kyle (has not said anything about Kyle)
- Says he was going to post a lot of "shit" but it just gets him lynched
- Votes Mac on Day 3
- No vote on Day 4
- Has not been back since mid-day Night 3
My thoughts: rabbit spent a good deal of time playing around in the thread at the beginning. Also, I disagree with rabbit's reason for suspecting nutella and find it odd that he kept on talking about this but never voted for her. I don't understand what was going on in his head. His vote for DF was odd to me because he made such a point that he had no problem with DF's vote, it was nutella's comment he had a problem with. So why vote DF? I don't believe his Bilbo claim. I also didn't really understand his Mac vote - I may have missed it but I didn't really see a reason. Promised to post some meat but then said he decided not to because he would just get lynched. Hasn't been seen or heard from since Night 3. Maybe theres a personal reason for this or maybe he's bad.
I'm going to go ahead and place a vote on rabbit but I'll take another look at Long Con. Maybe at Epi too.

Maybe INH fakeclaimed. Is the game at that point where a fakeclaim would ensure a baddie win? Feels like a baddie win is all but unavoidable anyway. And INH wasn't on the chopping block at all, was he?
INH, can you give us all the details you know on your role? Do you know who Gandalf is?
Unfortunately, I don't know shit about who Gandalf is, unfortunately.
I don't know what else you want from me in regards to details. I had the ring. The ring made me invulnerable to lynches and NK's. Apparently, Sauron's team sent a kill in my direction and also searched me for the ring. Luckily, the ring protected me from the kill before it was taken. Now I'm just a vanilla civilian who'll probably be killed tonight.

Ok time to summarize the points in Long Con's posts. Again, skip this if it doesn't help you. I'll make comments at the end.
- Reads nutella as bad due to her hot take that sloonei and ambray are scum mates
- Explains nutella's hip jargon sounds fake and makes him suspicious
- Epi uses sound logic, looks good
- Votes nutella
- Says he understand's nutella and Epi's points and says he changes his vote to sloonei because sloonei voted him for nutella vote(don't think he did)
- Doesn't feel pressure from the rabbit vote, if that's what rabbit intended
- Votes rabbit - LC says he does the pressure vote thing and gets called out for it
- Questions Jack on Mac looking wolf
- Minor ping on Jack for encouraging LC's suspicion of nutella
- Votes DF to try and save himself
- Says rabbit's "why not Epi" to DF doesn't make sense - says DF's vote did make sense
- Tells Kyle he could pursue a jack vote - says there are some cards he will eventually reveal - LC what were the cards?
- Calls Jack out for illegitimate quote
- Says maybe there was no Lynch because thats how Marmot handles ties - turns out to be true
- Presents case on Epi - says when he's civ he tried to provoke baddies into misconceptions about him but not doing it here - votes Epi
- Changes vote to Ambray over Mac who he thinks is civ, Ambray he thinks is neutral because Lynch is between those two
- Says he's voting Kyle then changes his vote to speed chuck
- Day 4 no activity and missed the vote
- Suggests maybe INH fake claimed, says Epi's rebuttal to LC's case is super weak and votes Epi
I didn't see nutella's jargon as being fake but then I'm in discord with her all the time so I see it there. I agree with his saying that rabbit's "why not Epi" is not really a good response to the DF vote, and I agree that DF's vote made sense. I would like to know what he meant when he told Kyle he would reveal his cards before Kyle got impatient. Don't know whether to say this is a civ or bad thing to say. He was correct that Marmot treated the tie as a no Lynch so his idea that this could be what happened comes across as sincere to me. All in all I don't see as many questionable things about LC as about rabbit, for example LC gives opinions even though they may be wrong as opposed to rabbit who doesn't give a lot of reasons for votes. There are still 3 mafia out there though so I may come back to LC later.

This is a very good analysis. I was ready to vote LC after reading him, but rabbit seems to be a good vote also. I am up for either of the two. The following quote only makes me think LC and rabbit are teammates. I mean, first of all, that rabbit voted lc but changed it to a bandwagon and never went through with the lc vote...that seems like slight distancing. But then LC says this...

You almost attained credibility, but then you tried to make me look like some insipid, lisping freak, and I realized that you and rabbit are probably teammates. Civs don't need to dress up the facts with that kind of extra pizazz in order to cxonvince people of it.
There's been plenty of talk about lynching me, and that rabbit discussion went by without anyone noting my contribution. I am Civ, and it was real, so I brought it up. Nice of you to jump on it so aggressively though.

I'm Mister Frodo. Before Night 4, I possessed The Ring. It made me invulnerable to NK's and lynches. Unfortunately, Sauron found me last night and took it. Luckily, the ring protected me from the kill his team directed at me.
Unfotunately, that means he can most likely do some quite nasty shit with it. There are nine players left. We have yet to kill a baddie, which is fairly shameful. Everybody's feeling a malaise. We need to wake the fuck up.
If we fail to lynch a baddie today, Day 6 is LYLO.
Let's get fucking going, why don't we?
INH posted this, and made three posts after that. In two of them, he issued a suspicion of Glorfindel. In the other he reiterated his claim and said he was going to be killed.
I don't get how quickly the enthusiasm dissipated.
His claim also suggests that the mafia was searching and killing the same targets each Night. My assumption was that the Ring protected its user from death since the Ring turns people invisible. If I were mafia, I would not be killing and searching the same person on the same Nights.
On the other hand, INH claimed Frodo, and if he was not Frodo, then the real Frodo would be crying for his head, and that isn't happening.
The only thing I can fathom is if INH is evil, he or his teammate searched rabbit, and figuring rabbit wasn't going to be around, claimed Frodo. He never said anything about rabbit, and I doubt he expected rabbit to get lynched today.

The only thing I can fathom is if INH is evil, he or his teammate searched rabbit, and figuring rabbit wasn't going to be around, claimed Frodo. He never said anything about rabbit, and I doubt he expected rabbit to get lynched today.
The truth is that I did not have as much time to really sink my teeth into this phase as I thought I would have, therefore my unsatisfactory participation. By the time I showed up, everyone had already piled onto Rabbit.
I'm directing my useless vote towards LC. I agree with the arguments made against him, and think that his posts over the course of this phase defending himself and attacking Rabbit/Epi sounded a tad desperate. He's definitely someone I intend to look into if I'm still around D6.
Then again, I have no idea what to make of this tinfoil-y BS Epi posted that's about to be disproven.

INH, what is your opinion on rabbit? Go.
I don't like the cut of his jib, and feel like he hasn't contributed much. That's enough to make me vote for him if he was tied with someone, but not enough for me to not feel like he's kind of the obvious frontrunner here, and that I should look around at everyone else instead of just stopping and assuming his scumminess.

At the Sign of the Prancing Pony
The Black Riders arrived at the Prancing Pony, looking for the Hobbits. They ransacked the room that was rented to them, but found no sign of them.
No one has been nightkilled.
Day 5 has begun. You have 48 hours to lynch somebody.
Alrighty. Shit's getting dire.
Time to come clean.

I hope rabbit is bad.
But if rabbit ain't bad, I hope rabbit is Frodo.

Epignosis? More like, Egg-on-face-nosis.
Get it?
It's because you're wrong.

I have a bad habit when playing mafia - I usually disengage and go into a bit of self-loathing funk whenever I accidentally mislynch a civilian. I start doubting myself. The reason I haven't had any grand opinions or reads after Kyle's death is that I genuinely don't feel too strongly about anyone else's alignment. I thought I had my grip on this game, then it slipped away from me, and I can't get it back. The run of shit luck that the civilians have had in not lynching any baddies certainly hasn't helped.
