I haven't really seen anything from her that screamed to me. Feels like she's been walking on eggshells since she subbed on, and is being very safe. A lot of asking mild questions, clarifications and not enough conclusions I feel.Sloonei wrote: ↑Wed Jan 08, 2020 3:09 pmSell me on Michelle.novaselinenever wrote: ↑Wed Jan 08, 2020 3:08 pm That brings me to Epi, DDL, Michelle and Tony. Is not like you asked me something and I avoided you, is rather your need to have a Poe. Pretty large imo.
I won't say much about you, byt I expected from you to stir the pot more.
From the top of my head, didn't jave time ro dig itt:
I don't like Mac, him putting suspicion on Dom and after saying he had 0 confidence he is scum and after saying Sloonei is scum at level 3 confidence is not good enough. Played recently a hydra where Mac SRed me as villlager like I was the worst scum who ever lived and i was villa too, so him saying nothing now rings a bell for me.
And i don't like DrW, but maybe that is my oppinion.
Timmer and Sloonei are villagers for me.
TSP is null abd can go either way.
Idk about the rest.

Re: The Polka Heist [DAY 3]
Not anything sharp. It's mostly been lean villager and some I don't knows which are exactly what I'm talking about. Dom was supposedly after something about a question he asked and not seeing much from him, but then it went back to gth. Same with DrWilgy, the quoted posts felt arbitrary and just to get a default scumread. I don't see any train of thoughts at all and both her red read have in common her "iso-ing" the two and coming up with the read.Sloonei wrote: ↑Wed Jan 08, 2020 3:22 pmI do not feel like that is an accurate representation of Michelle’s posts. Both feel like very safe scum read and basic one, doesn't feel like they were genuine or that she wanted to figure them out. The lack of interacting or being a bit in their face is the walking on eggshells attitude I'm feeling. She's playing it from far.

It's "The pot calling the kettle black". I don't think having a four named PoE is a large one. It's pretty standard for 15 players game to be 12v3, with 3 civvies dead and 1 scum dead, it bring it down to 9v2. Which is give or take 3 more mislynches until MyLo, hence having 4 players in your PoE. Sloonei has 4 players in his PoE, why haven't you mentioned anything about his PoE being large?
What do you mean him by him "saying nothing now rings a bell"? What don't you like about DrW?

There is a factor you are not taking into account.Sloonei wrote: ↑Mon Jan 06, 2020 7:19 pmI don't have a succinct case, I was just going through ISOs and commenting on things that stood out to me. What’s your problem with the “foreshadowing emotions”?
But since you asked about the "foreshadowing" point in particular: I thought it looked odd, perhaps disingenuous, that DDL made this post where he attempted to assign a read to your emotions about the Day 1 lynch, and then later adopted the exact same emotions he was projecting onto you. Something about the progression feels off. Like, if he was feeling that way about the lynch when he commented on your response I would expect him to express more direct sympathy towards it, rather than to offer speculation and hypothetical sympathy ("a sentiment I've felt myself before" rather than "a sentiment that I agree with"). This sequence makes his own outrage about the issue seem false or fabricated.
I made those posts while catching up.
My sentiment about the CFD thing changed as I read through the night posts and got angrier about them. That's why the early posts are merely agreement and the later ones are more emotional.

If Sloon is bad lynch LC and Epi.Sloonei wrote: ↑Mon Jan 06, 2020 7:24 pm I feel relatively confident that my four person POE is accurate. DDL is my strongest suspect. I could toss a coin between Mac and Sorsha. Tony is not a direct scum read, but I have no reason to remove him from the POE.
I've eliminated Epi and Long Con for now because I do not get the sense that either of them are making any cold and calculated moves in this game, but I could easily revisit them both later on if needed.

I have caught scum epi multiple times in the past (and been fooled by him multiple times), and every time i’ve caught it’s been because I was able to identify something specific in his play. I don’t want to go into too much detail about it because that would give him ammunition in the future.novaselinenever wrote: ↑Wed Jan 08, 2020 4:36 pm Talk to me about Epi, Sloonei. What is "looking like they are trying to misguide the thread" supposed to be.Sloonei wrote: ↑Wed Jan 08, 2020 2:49 pmtimmer was town at the wazoo on Day 1.
Epi and Long Con have not looked they’re trying to deceive or misguide the thread at any point.
Michelle’s early posts upon subbing in looked like someone who both wanted to solve the game and was not informed about specific happenings.
Wilgy has been relatively engaged at times, and I think one specific post of his pointed to an earnest effort to read Creature post-flip for teammate interactions.
sig flipped out after we lynched Creature and thought we should have lynched me instead. No teammate is going to react that way.
DDL has done nothing that I think is incompatible with him being scum and I have found more questionable content in his ISO than anyone else’s.
Tony has not done anything that strongly suggests that he is either alignment to me.
Sorhanova did nothing until right now.
Mac did nothing for days and then showed up and did his Mac shtick for 10 minutes and left.
If I'm scum I stick my head in the sand and just pray pepple forget about me, and if my teammates are doing the game I don't try to misguide jack shit.

The kind of scum prod to appear like they're trying to figure stuff out and get some interaction going, but they actually couldn't care less. It's usually about stuff that they can find easily by looking around, and it's mostly like general thoughts rather than something specific to actually get inside someone's head and either figure them out or help you get a better read on the person their thoughts are about.

Re: The Polka Heist [DAY 2]
Mafia's goal is to eliminate the town. Those they can lynch, they lynch. Those they can't lynch, they must kill. They can't escape from that. It's math. If mafia leaves the unlynchable people alive, they get lynched themselves.Michelle wrote: ↑Wed Jan 08, 2020 4:54 pmNot because he had good reads but because he was too villagery?Dragon D. "Too villagery" is a subjective concept that probably means the same thing I just said.
The only other possible objective reasons, imo, are PR hunting (which doesn't seen to be the case) and eliminating extremely good scumhunters (dizzy seems good but we are talking about those players everybody follows every game).
Mafia is going for the so-called "confirmed" townies. The ninja turtles.

The problem is that you seem to be coming up with requirements that must be fulfilled for Epi and LC to be bad, that aren't really required.

Though I could just cut the middle man and go for Sloonei for what I think looks like teammate defending.

Sloonei just won a game by engaging in insane bussing, the kind that gets sockies awarded.
Maybe he wouldn't want to push his luck in a second scum roll.

DDL’s paranoia about me is the kind of skepticism I like to see in a civilian.

Re: The Polka Heist [DAY 3]
Nothing.
Epi usually gives me more.
At the very least, there is a major change in how he's approaching the game. Him regretting voting Dom and saying he won't keep trying is extremely non-Epi.
That and nobody was talking much about Eppi before you came so feels like I'm joining a rebellion or something. I like that.
