Dodo could hear the rain pounding down, hitting her window violently and alerting her awake. It was too early to get up and she did not like getting up earlier than necessary.

What was there to get up to anyway?

The year past was the Year of the Pandemic, and this year was no different. Coronavirus had changed everyone's lives, and especially Dodo's. It had been almost a year since she saw any of her friends or family members.

It was a dark and lonely place to be.

At least when she was asleep, she could dream of better times, better things and better days.

It is now Day 1. You have until 6pm EST - Feb 12 - to retire a champ!

I chose that Rob should go to bed because I thought it would be the most pro-town option if it had mechanical significance. What if scum is more likely to choose that Rob should threaten to run away incase it had bad mechanical significance?

I also think 112 is slightly below null because I disliked how she gave me a townread for my pushes when I didn't have any, and then she said she might have been mistaken but didn't actually look to see if she was. It feels like she's not actually trying to sort me out.

Alison just won our community's Best Mafioso award. She is tremendously good at playing this game as mafia. She can fool people, she can control the flow of the game when she wants, she does all the conventional things that good mafiers need to do. So why does she resort to this whack ass gimmick at the kickoff of the Game of Champions? If anything, this severely limits her options moving forward. Alison does not do that.

I have no firm read on Michelle. The esooa thing is goofy, but I’m not going to call it outright suspicious. I used something similar as ammunition against another player (Thunal?) in Grasslands when I was mafia. I knew it was bullshit then, so I can’t argue in good faith that it’s a rock solid reason here. But it’s worth discussing, at least.

Nutella is the closest thing I have to a suspect but I'm not confident enough to really push there right now and I think she'll become clear with time.
I also think 112 is slightly below null because I disliked how she gave me a townread for my pushes when I didn't have any, and then she said she might have been mistaken but didn't actually look to see if she was. It feels like she's not actually trying to sort me out.
112 said something that got me to raise an eyebrow, but I forget what it was. I'll look back into that later. She's someone I want to be talked about to start the day.
