What LC said here was addressed to baddies, and you replied to it. I thought that was weird.Metalmarsh89 wrote:What if I don't believe you?Long Con wrote:Of course, I'd just like to say right now (for any murderous, property-hungry baddies that are reading) that if I ever win the bid for a property, it will IMMEDIATELY be put up for private trade, and be gone from my possession before the next night kill lands.
No you won't be told. The kill can go a few different ways.S~V~S wrote:Yay you guys who voted BWT !

So the second Electric is now an SK, essentially. @boo~ will we be told if a team is eliminated (even by NK) and what happens to the kill if it is eliminated? This is pretty standard stuff, but we have some unusual mechanics, and a two person baddie team, so it can't hurt to ask.
And Metalmarsh, this also got my eye from you~ you said it while I was dead, and at the time I was surprised when no one really noticed it. I had forgotten it until I saw it again in a multiquote:

@LoRab~ I am older than you, and it flew right over my head. So
At this point I figure people know if they vote for the person lynched they get the $200 bonus. There was a power that was not bid on by anyone during the day period, when that happens they go up for sale and people can place the bid and then anyone else has 30 minutes to put in an increased offer or the person gets it.Boogs wrote:Wow! Awesome!I am weary of bidding for the card, but i suppose i will. $10 on Electric Company
Boo- I dont see the bonus for people voting BWT in the auction? Also, TH bid on something yet I see no powers up for bid. Confused.
New powers should be up for this night period like usual though, right? I forget if we do this now or during the lynch Day.boo wrote:At this point I figure people know if they vote for the person lynched they get the $200 bonus. No, property is the night auction (Electric Company right now), powers go up during the day.Boogs wrote:New powers should be up for this night period like usual though, right? How come someone who admittedly isn't reading and just happened to vote a baddie gets a free pass from you? bwt seemed to resign himself to being lynched much earlier in the day, so it's just as likely his partner did too. Or maybe his partner isn't even around and that's why he seemed to give up so early.

I neflected to put Hedgeowl into my post, although I meant to. Yes, she should definitely be looked at as well. Good point.
Not you. SD said she wasn't going to catch up. So I'm curious how that became the cut offHedgeowl wrote:Does neflected = deflected+neglected?thellama73 wrote:fingersplints wrote:why not hedgeowl? Yes, but given how this game encourages bandwagonry, I doubt that people would be likely to do that.fingersplints wrote:can't votes be changed though? So I teammate could always vote early and change it if need be
Ah gotcha. With one teammate it is hard to speculate accurately, but I think both the last voters and non-BWT voters are the best places to look. A reread of BWT might be useful as well.fingersplints wrote:Not you. SD said she wasn't going to catch up. It's just he seemed pretty resigned here when he voted half an hour after SD did that he was going to be lynched:thellama73 wrote:Yes, but given how this game encourages bandwagonry, I doubt that people would be likely to do that.fingersplints wrote:can't votes be changed though? It just seemed like there was a lot of time and a bunch of votes still out there. So its not impossible that his teammate and him decided around that time he was going to be lynched.birdwithteeth11 wrote:So I'm gone for 24 hours, Epig throws a case together on me, and now it looks like I'm about to be lynched?
I would defend myself, but I don't have the time right now. I'm way behind on something for work with training, and I need to spend most of tonight working on it. Unfortunately, all I can do is vote LC and hope I somehow survive (which doesn't look good for me at this point). I do find it funny that a lot of you think I've been participating quite a bit. I chalk this game up there with most of the ones where I'm barely participating due to lack of time to get involved.
But oh well. I guess it is what it is. All I have time for it to ask for one more day, and to give me a chance to answer for my actions once I have the time to do so.

Now is that an astonishing coincidence or is it just me?Epignosis wrote:Discussion for tomorrow? Why not today?Boogs wrote:Epignosis I counted that you had the last vote to win that dice at the end. You don't drive the train.
Remember?
That's a lot of assumption going on for that ambiguous post that LC made, the biggest one being that LC is civ. I'm not convinced he is, why are you so certain? I read your thoughts on him, and they don't match up with your overall read.S~V~S wrote:Yay you guys who voted BWT !

She hadn't even read the thread. Still managed to vote for BWT.Spacedaisy wrote:I give up. I don't have time to catch up. I honestly don't even know the mechanics of this game. I'm going to roll with a BWT vote.
Even though her vote would have tied BWT with LC? I just don't see a teammate doing that.Turnip Head wrote:I still feel that this is the sketchiest vote all day, and BWT flipping utility makes it even sketchier to me:

Distancing is a possibility, but at that point it was far from clear that BWT would be lynched. She would have had to intentionally get him killed for cred even when there was a big chance to save him. I get the impression that Daisy really hasn't been keeping up with the game, and it seems an odd move for someone who's barely playing.Turnip Head wrote:Llama, especially because that.
Daisy needs to address why she voted for BWT. She didn't give a reason - and if she didn't read the thread, then she can't have a very good one.
Unless voting BWT would distance herself from her teammate, of course.
On this, we can agree.Turnip Head wrote: Whether she's civvie or baddie, Daisy's vote stands out, and needs to be explained.
BWT's vote on LC was the final one, so that specific scenario doesn't really matter.Turnip Head wrote:Also, voting WITH your partner who's about to be lynched is suicide... I know it's happened before but that doesn't mean it's a viable strategy...
People were still hesitant to lynch me, with one or two exceptions.Turnip Head wrote:I don't think there was a big chance to save BWT yesterday... I felt his lynch was inevitable, like FZ's. Maybe if Metalmarsh had garnered more votes it would have been closer. But it was LC who had the most non-BWT votes, and there was a lot of hesitation to lynch him yesterday.

But he could have voted alongside his partner? That leaves keys, MP, and Boogs. Or there is the possibility he voted his partner. Or Rob's balls are as big as he claims and he threw his only partner under the bus.
