who do you wolfread

Not mac
Not alison
Not Tony
Probs not u or esooa
Ender has been weird but towny weird?

Poe is probably the rest
how come you townread ilario so confidently
i feel like he's obvtown now but he wasn't immediately. and i know v!you would naturally have some concerns regarding his wolf range? actually this reminds me i have some meta i need to investigate for you
i would say hes pretty good at reading me fwiw

good enough that i would get instantly suspicious back in the day if he were misreading me, and good enough that if he were a clear i would go in full slank mode and not worry at all

anyways i think wiml is actually right about my meta of not pushing people super hard unless im feeling good that theyre scum when im town LOL. cos i have transcend here, whose had moments of scuminess that you can see me mention in my iso, but at the same time id feel bad mislynching him here if hes actually town in his first game back with us with all the effort hes put in

fwiw if hes maf, hes a pretty townsiding maf cos i feel like ive trd alot the same people he has at very similar times to him, the one exception being lime and thats why i brought up the question earlier about asking him who he thinks he would push if he flipped scum.

Esooa has a fair point though. Generally speaking teammates are going to be far less likely to push their partner in this setup. But that applies little before the eod period. Which is partly why most of what I've been doing has been preparing the game for the last 3 hrs of the day.

If I was a wolf in this game I would probably distance rather fiercely very early and then coach my teammate to make the sort of posts I can be excused for townreading wrongly so I can get off the read. I expect similar from the wolves here maybe without the nuance of coaching.

If ilario is a wolf then given the high amount of towncred he's received, he would be deep

Same with a handful of others in this game

We're going in circles and i'm done repeating myself

If u aren't satisfied with my answer, then you're just gonna be on a wrong track all game

Yeah I think it would obviously depend on my partner because most players in this lobby are better wolves than me lol but my typical stance in a mountainous would be trying to coach my partner as hard as possible and powerwolfing from there.

also worrying about deep wolves d1 is kind of ?? considering they're usually resolved by pushes and night kills. it's the typea thing you do as wolf a lot.
I literally just said i'm not gonna let the paranoia of potential deepwolves obstruct my focus on this game
alright, just think voicing all that is kinda performative
U r the one that asked why i didn't proceed with caution on ilario

I explained why
there's a logical disconnect here though as the statement felt way too vacuumy to relate specifically to ilario
but whatever i don't feel like explaining it atm
If ilario is a wolf then given the high amount of towncred he's received, he would be deep

Same with a handful of others in this game

U asked me why I didn't proceed with caution and that's my answer

We're going in circles and i'm done repeating myself

If u aren't satisfied with my answer, then you're just gonna be on a wrong track all game
..are we reading the same game?
ilario's gotten a ton of heat this game

it's fine let's just move on

MacDougall wrote: Fri Jul 30, 2021 9:29 am Esooa has a fair point though. Generally speaking teammates are going to be far less likely to push their partner in this setup. But that applies little before the eod period. Which is partly why most of what I've been doing has been preparing the game for the last 3 hrs of the day.
not just that but also a wolf has 1 partner they can read and 9 villagers to read
meaning wolf town cores almost by necessity will be filled with town
Yes the wolves in this game will be inclined to townread people they know can hurt them and priority kill those players.

All I see is that I'm no longer in your towncore

Explain more
There wasn't a huge amount of thought into it because I'm still not caught up tbh. I think you're the most actively wolfy person in the thread right now.
Why
I'll go into more detail later about your earlier posts but your re-entrance was incredibly awkward and self aware and being self aware of it being awkward honestly makes it wolfier.
why later?
Because I want to catch up the game still and I have no self control.

"Later" was referring to a full ISO on Transcend lol.
You plan to iso transcend why?
I ISO almost everyone I want to make a strong read on before I commit to a strong read on them. Especially for wolf reads.

It's why I so rarely have strong reads early into D1 and why I struggled so much in that 12/12 game on 2+2.

alexa and illario are exceptions mostly due to being easy meta clears.
