I strongly Advise that one else sign up. knowing exactly who has the Courage piece could provide to be very good for civvies....

Ok ok ok ok ok . So if either MM or MR are mafia, then either a mafia or a civvie would die. If civvie lives, mafia will have no choice but to kill them to release the piece, but if Mafia wins, they won't kill.
BOOOM GG mafia.

And to make this even better, if we can deduce the exact power of the courage stone, we can see if it's powers are being used for the civvie cause or the mafia cause. G fucking G

Then no one will die, till we lynch them of course. We as a town will look specifically look out for what the courage stone does, and if we can figure it out, we can deduce if its power is being used for civvies or mafia.

I have no balls. Nor do I want any. As a body part anyway. And based on previous challenges I wouldn't be anywhere near the first to figure it out and I don't wish to die.

Although I do think it would be nice if at least 5 people did it as that would assure a Ganon is playing.

I'm confused Made, why would the mafia not kill if they won it?

Ok, Scenario time!

MM is Mafia MR is Civve.

If MR Wins, MM dies.
Mafia needs to reclaim that piece as per their victory condidtion, so they have to kill MR with their night kill.

If MM wins, MR dies.
Mafia wouldn't need to kill MR because he is mafia, and they have already won the piece.

There is however, the likely scenario that Civvie wins and Mafia doesn't kill because they predict that by not killing they make they winner of this look guilty, but in this scenario, Civvie would have the piece of courage and what ever awesomeness that comes with it

As a sort of safety guard, town could work to determine the power of the courage stone (Which we could very easily do if we work together and heavily analyze the play of the winner) we could determine the alignment of the winner

More Scenarios? More Scenarios!

MM is Civvie MR is Civvie
We lose a civve and gain a piece of power

MM is Mafia MR is Mafia
We lose a mafia, Mafia gains a win condition, which we would then lynch them for after determining the role of the piece of courage.

The scenarios where that happens are both positive tho, at least relatively

If Both civvie
The piece is displaced and Mafia doesn't get their hands on it

If MR Mafia MM civvie,
If Mr wins, MM dies
Mafia has the piece, but if they attempt to use it, town immediate make it their goal to figure out the power of the piece and determine whether its use is positive or negative. (this is the worst scnario yes, but it could still have a relatively positive outcome)

This presumes that we can deduce the power of the Triforce of Courage somehow. Also, I don't think MR is a goodie at all.

Is it a puzzle, by the way? Are you allowed to tell us?

I am kinda leaning that we should all sign up. We have a numbers advantage, so we're more likely to end up with the Triforce that way.

Separate post for linki (I left tabs open):

Dom, slow your roll haha. Remember how I just said goodies weren't dumb enough to blatantly reveal themselves? I'm fairly dumb, but just a smidgeon less dumb than that.

Also, fingers, Made was on the list of people I would definitely not lynch. However, things changed and the lists actually reversed, so he's someone I would be down to lynch. Everyone I would have lynched before I absolutely would not now. Long story.

Linki again: I would respond, but you're addressing my alter ego.

Oh, and Made:

if the thing is a puzzle, I think people who puzzle well and have time might as well go for it, and if it's not I think we should all join. We have numbers on the goodies, so in theory the more people that join the more likely the odds are to be in our favor, because at least one goodie is bound to join.

Ok, now about the challenge. First Made says we should have it be just me and him. Then just MR and MM. The whole thing doesn't make sense to me. So I don't like the idea of leaving it at two, because I am not sure I trust it. Then russ says we should all join, and I definitely don't trust that. Now he changes that again.

I feel at this point, russ feels caught and is just trying to make the thread as convoluted as possible. I can't make any other logical sense for all these sudden switches. People change their mind in mafia games, but not like this.
So what should we do?? :ponder: This isn't just specifically addressed at you. Partially to you, partially to others, and partially thinking out loud.

I'm wondering how long the fight will take too. I know you probably won't answer all these things :sigh: I'm curious, but I shouldn't probably agree to it. I have work all day tomorrow and then have to go to the hospital again right after.

Why would I get myself caught out of nowhere by attacking you and them act like this and get lynched for sure? Again, I was taking absolutely no heat before I started acting funny. This doesn't make any sense unless I'm a disgruntled goodie trying to destroy the game for my teammates, which I'm not. That would be rude.

When would you say you started acting funny?
