Option 1 - nutella is buddying Owner. Implication:

Owner is civilian

Option 2 - nutella and Owner are teammates. Implication:

nutella is mafia
Owner is mafia

You trust Owner less than nutella despite this dynamic?

Does this Bullzeye wagon feel too easy to everybody else? No major pushback, getting votes piled up, meanwhile Owner suspicion has died off after a million posts and it still doesn’t sit right with me. Let’s make it a contest.

I have a hard time reading INH. His town and scum games are remarkably similar and I could see him being either at this point. So don’t ask me.

I was asking a question. I suspect Owner more than I suspect Nutella, but I'm also not immune to being wrong. Nutella's insistence on town-reading and helping and boosting Owner is ping worthy, as is her "Hey the Bullz wagon is taking off lemme get a piece of that ass" post. But I'm dialed in on Owner right now.

Defending him via reputation or meta, spreading his defense of his own vote, pushing another target as an alternative. Juliets (?) might have said she didn’t think it looked scummy but it just feels too easy y’know.

Which Owner thing?
Yun Qui Tell = Prioritizing game mechanics (House Cup/Ship Crew) over baddie hunting. TH used the Yun Qui's trust of him to prevent his lynch and nobody in the Yun Qui wanted to lynch him or mutiny despite me multiple times calling him out. Luna has prioritized House Cup Mechanics at least twice in this game, something DDL worried about happening.
"Odd Choice" Tell - Literally just quoted an example of TH using the phrase when he was bad.

If you mean "picture tell" thats her thing I didn't make that up, I'm just explaining that the way she used/explained it in Firefly "DH is bad because he associated with Negan and Thanos" is inconsistent with how she used it here against kara. It looks like she just wanted a reason to have a suspect.

I don't feel that Day 1 has to be so serious, considering nine times out of ten nothing of any significance actually happens. I often vote for no-shows or low posters in the first lynch for that reason, it's not like this is a new thing I've never done before. I don't think my vote warrants suspicion. It was a throwaway vote because I was too busy to catch up and I don't like to miss votes. It's not out of character for me to vote like that regardless of alignment. I think people are overreacting to something quite small and insignificant.

Well at the moment I am most interested in Bullzeye, not so much for his vote for Nova because voting a no show on Day 1 has been accepted practice in the past, but more because he posted on Day 1 but his posts were almost all devoid of content. That doesn't feel like civ Bullz to me - he's an outstanding player.
I suck as a civ and take a long time to feel motivated, hence why I tend not to have much to say. I appreciate the compliments but I don't think your assessment of my play is correct tbh.

Bullz, most of my assessment of your play comes from that game (I've forgotten it's name) where you infiltrated my BTSC with OA and convinced us both you were on our side. You even had a fake civ role card. It remains the most brilliant bit of mafia playing I have seen in all my years of mafiaing. Maybe that helps explain my compliment.

I see it differently so maybe my suspicion is a matter of play style. I feel like the first day scum can be found if we work hard at it and take a close look at the things that happen during the phase. So to me, you looked like you were not interested in digging for information at all and just wanted to coast through the day, something I attribute to the mafia faction. I see Day 0 as the day for goofing off and being jokey and frivolous. I'll consider what you've said though. Do you have any suspicions at this point?

I just read through INH and I don't see any reason to call him a civ. There wasn't a lot there and he seems to be missing after saying he would try to be here more on day 2. Low performing INH in my experience = bad INH. I could see a vote there unless I'm missing some good reason not to.

I scumread Jay for talking too much about how Day 1 is important. Like duh but I skipped it anyway. Trying to hard to be a paragon.
you have never had a correct scum read in your life and now is no different

juliets wrote: Thu Nov 01, 2018 3:38 pm I just read through INH and I don't see any reason to call him a civ. There wasn't a lot there and he seems to be missing after saying he would try to be here more on day 2. Low performing INH in my experience = bad INH. I could see a vote there unless I'm missing some good reason not to.
alrighty now catching up, but literally popped into the most recent page to post about how I'm townreading Kara the most and wishing that JJJ was in one of his moody self-loathing moods instead of his SUUUUUUUUUPATOWN (PAY ATTENTION TO THE WORDS I SPEAK) moods. Not sure if/how that impacts his alignment, but he's certainly TALKING VERY LOUD, and making GRAND SWEEPING DECLARATIVE STATEMENTS ABOUT THE PROPER WAY TO PLAY MAFIA. It's like he tried posting differently on D1, got a negative response, then reverted back to his standard shtick.

Then, I see this stupid post by Juliets. Juliets, you're a lovely person, and a wonderful fixture in this community, but this is like the second game that you've pushed this weird forced "low-posting INH = bad INH" thing. It's dumb. I'm at a point in my life where my mafia time is limited. I have just finished another game, and started the sign up process for a game that I'm hosting. Yesterday was a holiday. This thread is, in standard Full Job fashion, too damn long. There's no way that I could be whatever the fuck you'd call a "high performing INH" right now. My level of activity is dependent on the length/density of the thread, the amount of games I'm concurrently playing/hosting, and the things happening in my life. Not what alignment I am. So, please kindly stop pushing this idea. It irks me.

Still have like 6 pages to get through. Will continually update with more commentary.

PS: Day 1's are, have been, and always will be random garbage-y crapshoots barring major fuckery.
