We suck civs

I'd rather lynch someone I have little to no impression of (DFaraday) than the only other person who's calling Epi out on his shit.
And "ha ha" to Epi's latest round of smug condescension and his pissing contest with me and Russ.

Lynch this windbag. He puts the onus of persuasion on me, not himself, about Russ' alignment. What's the basis for that? They are teammates. Then he dials back about DF being a civilian. After that, he gets pissed at me (the guy he's accusing of lynching too many civilians) for not being around.insertnamehere wrote:For what it's worth, I think there's a damn good chance that DF's civ. I'm not as sure of his alignment as I am of Russ' but I still really resent this situation for making us choose between these two.
That's why Epi's absence really grinds my gears. It's like he knows DF's going to flip civ, so he's biding his time so he can sail in Night 7 on a horse of "I told you so" style moral superiority, and an "if DF is civ, Russ must be bad" case.
He doesn't need to waste time attacking Russ because it's better for his game if DF's lynched this round. That way he can just waltz into another easy civ lynch Day 8.
I can't wait to read end game and see the ins and outs of all the items. It had to be an item in the hands of a baddie, or I guess possibly a misguided civ.Russtifinko wrote:Geez, so it was 2 civs on that poll...brutal.
BDH, who do you most feel like spoiling? haha
...only if one of the items is a bag of magic beans leading to a castle in the sky where a giant lives that can squash both baddie teams in one fell swoop.Elohcin wrote:I can't wait to read end game and see the ins and outs of all the items. Now, b/c we are still playing, that must mean that civs still have a chance, right?
Idk Elo....may just mean that Daisy isn't sure WHICH baddie team will win yet. @Russ: I'm just proud that I'll make it as one of the last civs standing.

You gonna explain that vote Epig?

That's what I figured.Russtifinko wrote:What is Epi playing at?
Note that he doesn'tsay I'm bad, just that he recommends lynching me. He clearly seems to be bad, which, for now, is good enough for me. *votes Epi* Open to discussion on why voting him wouldn't be optimal and who would be good to lynch instead.
Don't really see myself voting BDH or INH today, though.
Take out Russ.BigDamnHero wrote:So obviously Epi got whammied by an item or else he wouldn't install vote one person and then recommend several other vote another. I'm gonna take time to which one of you other bastards I can trust. ATM, I'm leaning Russ, but that could very easily change.
To my civ counterpart, don't give up hope. I had previously thought that our victory was already squashed, but we've got a Hail Mary shot at taking the baddie teams out.

BDH, Eloh, birdwithteeth11: Vote Russ.
Well, no beer for Eloh:
Or if BDH prefers:

Firstly, you've been hardcore going after Russ for what seems like years, and I just said that you were unlikely to convince me with one of your trademark Epignosis Cases about his alignment. This was me saying that I didn't buy your case. But of course, Epig being the desperate baddie that he is, he had to twist my words around.Epignosis wrote:insertnamehere wrote:This lynch poll is BS by the way. Soooo, I'm the one you can trust most, but then Epi says "You should vote Russ." and you vote Russ? Are you that easily swayed? Sure, he can vote wherever he wants. Not sure how that's relevant. Going beyond today's lynch, you don't think having everyone's opinions out in the open might help us solve and thus win the game?Epignosis wrote:No.Russtifinko wrote:Epi, care to answer BDH's question? 6 players alive, 3 are bad. Big Damn Hero is a big damn boy. If he wants to vote me, he can. Where he votes is his decision.
You left out that Yin is killing somebody today and can't be stopped.Russtifinko wrote:Just had a thought that may be worth pointing out:
Crooked Cops, you guys are gonna want to try to get Mr. Yin lynched today. You get him, NK a civvie, and the game is over. If, on the other hand, you lynch a civvie today, you can't kill Yin tomorrow night, and barring manipulation or some crazy persuasion, the vote tomorrow is a tie. Then one of you might die at the end of the Day phase from Yin's kill, and he wins. Just seems like more of a sure thing for you if you get him today.
I guess what this lynch comes down to is a simple question: Who's more likely to be a Crooked Cop? Epignosis or Russ? I'd have to go with the guy who's spent the entire game lynching civ after civ.Epignosis wrote:Russ and INH are Crooked Cops. I would wager money on it. INH suddenly believed Russ and believed me less. How convenient.
Me trusting Russ and me distrusting you weren't some gradual flip of the damn switch type BS. They were both gradual shifts in my stances as I saw and read more from more people. You keep pushing this idiotic idea that changing your opinion on someone even once automatically means total baddie scumbuddies. That's just some damn dangerous thinking, almost as dangerous as think that lynched civilians are no big deal-io.
Neither of them needed a reason to vote me out. "Care to explain this vote, Epi?" from INH is about what I expected. Russ is pretending to be open minded. He's not. He's pocketing BDH and refusing to vote his partner. That's plain as day.
Ever since about Day 5, we've both been railing against you nonstop in the thread. That's pretty much the only fucking connection we have: we both think you aren't good. I guess that equals baddie to Epi. Since I've already made my opinion on you and your alignment this game publicly known, even posting earlier that I would vote for you Day 8, I thought that more explanation wasn't warranted.
Nobody has express an interest in lynching birdwithteeth11 but me. Maybe bwt will get mad and vote for me too.
They are looking to finish this thing up.
Are you going to let them?
There are three votes left, and you three need to be unanimous. Vote Russtifinko and expose him for what he is. Make this an awesome comeback.
Remember: If you lynch anybody but a Crooked Cop today, and you aren't a Crooked Cop or the independent, you lose. Plain and simple.
Are you now just claiming Yin? Jeez. I think that you're the one getting desperate here, Epi.Epignosis wrote:You left out that Yin is killing somebody today and can't be stopped.Russtifinko wrote:Just had a thought that may be worth pointing out:

I claimed no such thing. What is desperate about claiming Yin? If he's lynched, the game is over and the Crooked Cops win. Russ laid that out already. He just left out an important detail is all.insertnamehere wrote:Are you now just claiming Yin? Jeez.
