Wrong. I'm just trying my hardest to remain calm, as being outspoken and hostile is grounds for suspicion. Fanned if I do, damned if I don't I suppose.
Also in the interest of winning this game: This is the first night I know I won't die. Mafia will try to kill me during the day using my suspicion from last night. You guys(mafia) might watch out tho, you'd be surprised how fast popular opinion can change, people will only believe so many curses.

I would be incredibly surprised if the baddies try to kill you. Tony needs you alive so he can skate by another lynch. The amount of heat on you right now is nuclear, a baddie would be stupid to kill you. Are you seriously trying to imply my curse was faked? Go back and read those posts then compare them to every other one I've ever made.

I'm not implying your curse was fake bae, I'm both acknowledging that possibility, as trying to reduce the chance mafia would try to pull that shit.

Full disclosure, this is my first game ever dealing with curses(neither are in party mafia or resistance), so I have no clue what kind of curse is legitimate sounding, so please understand where my doubt is coming from.

What I'd really like to know is why Virtue suddenly got all keen on killing me. I didn't think I'd done anything to offend them but maybe they just thought I'd be an easy scapegoat or something?

Also my theory:
A civvie believed me and changed the lynch to you on my word.
Another possibility is mafia might of switched it think they can use me to delfect suspicion.
Both of these theories lower my suspicion of you, the latter far more than the former. Not sure which is more likely tho.

My thought is that it is end game scenario, and maybe the baddies over at Virtue decided to fire with both barrels, curses, secret powers, etc, to try and get anyone BUT them lynched.

Because it's Virtue Girl (Rachel) who can influence a player's actions. That is presumably what they did to me. The curse was clearly designed to get suspicion on me and get a civ lynched. This is also shown in their forcing DH to vote me. Then you followed, presumably hoping others would. When that fell through the lynch was switched to me and my one time protect saved me.
Made wrote:Also my theory:

Which civvie might that be? Nobody in the thread seems to believe you. The only person who didn't vote for you says he didn't get to choose who to vote for.
Another possibility is mafia might of switched it think they can use me to delfect suspicion.

I don't see a baddie team even in a position like this throwing away a switch on a non-teammate. It wouldn't happen.
Why exactly do you have suspicion of me anyway? You originally said you only voted me because DH did, and DH is saying he was forced and not actually suspicious of me.

They still have to kill him. Until Virtue outnumber everyone else and there's no chance anyone else could stop them, we have a chance to beat both baddie teams.

I think there are at least three civs, plus Tony. Leaving three spots left. Something tells me Nathan might still be alive (the whole immortal thing...) so if he does have his real power here, and the roles page is vague about it, then there could only be two Virtue left. Otherwise they're all still here and it's 3 v 3 v 1.

Well, my suspicion of her goes back to the fact that she played the noob card for most of the game, and that my interpretation of her actions is that she seems ingenuine, but her responses have often seemed genuine... so I'd like to think she's civvie, but process of elimination really at this point?
I'm really torn on DH; I was convinced he was bad yesterday, but I don't know. It's just hard to ignore my civ read on him most of the game.
Pretty much process of elimination...
I guess Keterman could be bad though.
I really don't know at this point, lol, but Dana and Blooper were my two best guesses.

I suppose it's possible the baddies might have tried to get rid of Dana yesterday, not knowing she'd be off the poll again... but if that's the case, why force DH to vote Bullz?
I still don't think I buy both forces, even though I'd like to. I thought DH was bad for sure after his silent vote, but then felt better after I thought he was just forced, but he could easily be faking it, and of Bullz and DH I would think DH's seemed more phony, so I suppose the last baddies could be DH, Made, and Blooper (or Keterman), if Dana is civ?

Frankly, I just thought Blooper's vote (and timing) seemed more sketchy this past vote than Keterman's, so that's my logic on why I'm more apt to think Blooper is bad than Keterman.
Plus, Keterman has been making a genuine (or seemingly genuine) effort to scum hunt.

Which means Bullz could be lying, but my gut doesn't want to believe that's true, especially after how things went down yesterday. That's the least likely scenario IMO.
It also means you are likely to die tonight, Bullz, so that's why I'm trying to engage you in conversation specifically even more so than everyone else (that, and I "trust" you the most of anyone right now).

I've actually spent most of this game thinking Dana seemed sincere and civ-like. I thought others shared that view, which is why I would have been cursed to go after her. To be honest, for the final civ I'm torn between you and DH. Both of you have good and bad points. Like I said yesterday, I do have some reason to believe DH might be a particular civ but I could be very wrong. Bear in mind it's possible for a fourth civ to exist as well.
Linki - not lying, almost definitely marked for death

I had been hoping to win this as well. I will try to share as many of my thoughts as I can until then.

Man, I'd love for a fourth civ to exist... it is possible, if the mafia killed off each other even at all.
Well, if you, DH, Dana, and I are all civ, that would only possibly leave Made, Blooper, and Keterman, right?
I didn't pick up any particular reason to believe DH might be a particular civ, but I'll take your input for what it's worth on that one. I also believe DH has been genuinely civ for most of the game, that's why his silent vote yesterday shocked the hell out of me.
I do think Dana nearly always sounds sincere, especially after I question her; I just get really paranoid of newbies playing the "I don't know" or "this is too hard" (not saying that's what she said, but her thoughts were along those lines) acts because I've been blind sighted by them way too many times. What struck me as the most weird was her transition from that to exact percentages, but I suppose if I buy her explanation to that, then I could see a real scenario where she is a genuine lone civvie this game.
I just get really paranoid when I'm a civvie, and especially when games get down to the wire like this. I just want to make sure I consider every scenario. Not doing so has burnt my ass enough in the past.

I must admit, what went down yesterday, when I think about it at face value and if I believe you are civ, Bullz, makes it pretty unlikely for Dana to be bad -- unless she's the lone member of the one mafia team that does not force/manipulate.
Occam's razor and all of that.

Okay, well, I look forward to reading what DH has to bring to the table as well, but I'm currently thinking
1. Made
2. Blooper
3. Keterman
I guess? For most likely baddies remaining. I just hope I'm not being hoodwinked here. And that list is subject to change. But I need to trust my brain and not my paranoia, and my brain says occam's razor comes into play for at least two of Bullz, DH, and Dana, if not all three. I suppose I just never expected two force roles.
Bullz, how strongly do you feel about your particular reason for DH's penciled in civ role? I just want to make sure this doesn't cloud judgment.

I would say I'm about 80-85% convinced. Yesterday's shenanigans threw me a bit but I made a post last night about how I think it can be okay for their to be two forcing type roles. Virtue are all about forcing people to do things they don't want to do and controlling people's lives.

For real though this game is a lot harder than I had expected. I had thought "hey this will be a nice fun mafia game like party version but just longer" but no, this is pretty hard-core. It is very fun, though. Just a lot to think through and keep up with, which makes it difficult.
I agree with your points about Made and Keterman, they've been pretty close for a little while, like with the whole targeting SVS thing. I'm unsure about Blooper, she hasn't been posting too much recently, so I'll wait to make a stronger opinion. Hopefully the team is only left with two people, that would mean a lot of civs are still around. I also agree that Bullz and DH are probably good, they both seemed to have been acting out of character yesterday so I believe they're telling the truth about being forced.

To me, a team doesn't up and blow their load like that unless they're sure they have a win in sight. And the only way I can see Team Virtue picking Bullz to target and work so hard to lynch him would be if they thought Bullz was Tony, and killing him would give them control over who dies at night?
I dunno. Switching the lynch away from Made seems like it could be a baddie save.

Yeah thats where I get hung up. My other thought was, if we assume the opposite (they are on the ropes rather than in control) they might have used this big gambit of confusion to buy themselves some cover.

Oh, yeah, it is definitely difficult, and there is definitely a huge learning curve. Took me a few games to even find my footing, I believe. It's definitely different from the party version, but more enjoyable in my opinion (I love the theoretically infinite customization and complexity of the game). Even now after playing four years, I still can often feel totally lost.
Good point bringing that up -- Keterman and Made definitely both tried to deflect attention onto S~V~S, and hard. I could see them being teammates.

Ight Tony, If you're out there. I'm gonna help you out. Kill me tonight, and you get a much needed advantage over Virtue.
Look at this point, I'm either dying tonight or tomorrow. If I die tonight, town kill Ketterman tomorrow and virtue kills a rando, then it's a 1 v 1 v 3ish scenerio.
not very favorable no?
The thing is if you decide to kill ketterman or even like dana (if you're really feeling silly), I die during the day, and everything I've said yesterday is validated. You won't last through the night.

Jesus said to his disciples, "Compare me to someone and tell me whom I am like."
Simon Peter said to him, "You are like a righteous angel."
Matthew said to him, "You are like a wise philosopher."
Thomas said to him, "Master, my mouth is wholly incapable of saying whom you are like."
Jesus said, "I am not your master. Because you have drunk, you have become intoxicated from the bubbling spring which I have measured out."
And he took him and withdrew and told him three things. When Thomas returned to his companions, they asked him, "What did Jesus say to you?"
Thomas said to them, "If I tell you one of the things which he told me, you will pick up stones and throw them at me; a fire will come out of the stones and burn you up."
