Vomps is Vomps. He is notoriously hard to read. So nothing in particular sits up and begs for attention. But even so he could easily be bad. call it an intuition if you like. But I am not keen on acting on those intangible things which is why I say i am wat5ching him.

I was a bit suspicious of him on Day 1 (or about as suspicious as you can be on Day 1) but in all honesty he hasn't done a whole lot to arouse my suspicion since. I'm not sure on what suspicions he accuses Devin of being a baddie, even though I share the same sentiments. The only thing that has me raising an eyebrow was his hut vote on the first night, and even that doesn't give me much to go on, other than taking stock of which hut Trogdor targeted and his going against the grain, so to speak. He also hasn't been following Lizzy quite as stalker-ishly as he normally does in this game, which could just be simply because Lizzy hasn't been too active as of late, but part of me wonders if possibly he's in cahoots with some BTSC group, or has a role-checking ability that has allowed him to gleam Lizzy's role, which, in all honesty, if he had that sort of a role I would expect him to take that course of action pretty much immediately. I don't really have enough concrete evidence to give a more solid hunch than that, but I do also think that lynching him could be quite revealing for further courses of action. If he does end up being bad, it could be quite telling of a lot of other players' motives as well. I dunno if it's worth taking the risk to lynch him right now given that I've got much stronger suspicions of other people, but he may be getting my vote again further down the line.

Whew! Points everyone. 3 1/2 hours later and only 24 mostly short posts.
WB Borok!
JC - I see from reading, the Bullz quote issue has been resolved. Let me know if there is anything else.
Several people mentioned rereading me. Mata and Llama to start I believe? I will await your rereads.
SVS - had questions for me which I promised to address today. I should be at a computer later this evening and will do so. If others have questions as well, I will probably only have time at a real laptop to address them make quotes etc. tonight it is challenging on an ipad and I often delete whole posts.
MP & Matt F - are you saying you both think llama and Devin are not bad now? I read a lot and want to be really clear about this.
Also, forgot this is not an 8pm ending game, so yay for more time to catch up.
I have a few things I want to look into and hope to have more time. Curious about the disappearance of DP. I didnt remember he was playing until someone mentioned him. He's definitely posting in other games. Hello DP! Are you there?

I'm wondering about this now. I checked to see if there was a silencer in the game and the only similar thing I could find is Coach Z arresting people, but I feel like that would be mentioned in a host post since arrested players have their own colour in the player list so I dunno. Any other suggestions that might explain his quietness here?

I am trying to form an opinion, because vomps is kind of unreadable. We just played a game where he started off jokey, then got less jokey, but he flipped baddie. I'll try and reread your case on him tonight.

It does make sense. All I can say is that I was willing to go with Matt F's wild theory until the unexplained llama votes started piling up. I assumed there must have been some BTSC going on, so I voted for you in an attempt to save llama (who seemed to be getting lynched for unclear reasons). I still think it's possible that he's bad, but he's nowhere near my number one suspect at the moment.

Looking through the roles just now, I see a certain civvie role that applies to you based on a comment you made about MP, and a comment you made towards Bullz...
So no, I will not be voting for you. Unless we lynch a civvie that comes up the role I have you pegged as.

I can respect your response, as well. But I do still stand by my original reason for voting for llama. I agreed with MP that we were seeing a completely different llama from the Bioshock civvie, llama.
And because of the fact that you had those "exchanges" with llama before voting me (and because I already voted), I stand by my vote.

Okay, I am using Daisy's iPad because my laptop is still in repairs... And it sucks, so I might actually be as brief as I can be lol.
First off, thanks llama. I agree, I think I am reading a civvie devin.
I am really starting to think both llama and devin are civvies and that my gut was totally wrong about llama. I am sorry llama, I sometimes get wrapped up in the moment, but I should hve known better when you and others started poking holes in my quote case quote. I still am not sold on you being civvie, but I really hope players do not vote you today because I am seriously thinking it will be a mistake.
Mongoose's response to me pinged me so insanely much, it was like a Baddie trying to tell me what I wanted to hear. It honestly makes me want to avoid BDH for now too, especially given my shortsightedness.
I might even throw my vote to mongoose. The more I think about it, it makes so much sense. Maybe she is Elohcin's teammate. It would actually make a lot of sense, even though I wrote off the possibility because I thought it would be too obvious... U she h avoided suspicion completely, somehow, and it really makes me wonder. Similar wi hedgeowl, but I would feel way more comfortable with a mongoose vote. It is possible what llama was saying regarding mongoose is true, and the more time has gone by, the less civvie she has seemed t me. Considering I Am reevaluating my suspicions, that is where I am currently a.
Mata, regarding Vomps... I really don't know. He is quite hard to read, despite the fact that I know him. I don't feel that great about it, but I m far from convinced of his baddieness. He has pinged me slightly a few times by the way he has latched onto suspicions, but I really don't know about him at this point.
I will wait to vote until lunch at work tomorrow because I MIT have to sAve myself... Or even llama because I really think I was unfairly railroading him.

And for the record I do think llama seems different here still, but I really think the bandwagons on him and devin were exactly that... Bandwagons. And the way mongoose latched onto a devin vote and her post today... Really starting to bother me.
Can someone look through her posts and mAbe build a summary case on mongoose. I unfortunately don't have time nor the motivation to do so because of this iPad crap. But I really am starting to think about her actions and I think she might be the way to go. I am open to other topics though too, like hedge, or maybe even Vomps idk about him, or even others... But idk.

But the player list has not been updated, either. Borok is still shown as alive (I initially typoed that as "Borat", did the same thing when I RIP-ed him). But my experience of DP is that he ebbs and flows, sometimes he is fairly high participation, but usually in only one game at a time. If 6FU ends or he dies in it, I imagine he will pick up here, assuming he is not in jail.
There are certain people that have their own unusual ways, and when people who know their style vote them for being them, it always raises flags for me.

Seriously folks, it's been over 12 hours since I checked in, but I am pretty sure many of us were sleeping during that time. It makes it really hard to catch up and make a good choice voting today.
Seriously, this. I'm going to propose a wacky, out-there theory that probably isn't right. But I would like some comments and thoughts on it: Does anyone think it could be possible that a baddie team would post so much that the thread gets bogged down in posts and makes everything very convoluted? Because I'm tossing that idea around in my mind and wonder if it isn't happening here.
Llama is starting to make me think it is less likely he's a baddie. I went back to look for the one quote from Devin, and I very strongly believe he is a civvie now. I think the only way I see that changing is if someone else gets lynched and comes up with the role I have in mind.
I'm still looking at A Person and BDH for this lynch, with BDH probably being my lead candidate. I know MP mentioned his read might have been wrong, but I still think someone who continues to twist words the way BDH has is most likely bad. I had a question for BDH too, but I've suddenly forgotten it. If I remember it tonight, I will ask.
Also, Mongoose's one response to MP pinged me slightly. But I don't think that's currently enough to warrant a vote from me.

OK, I've come to the conclusion that there are multiple people who feel like they have been slammed with posts though I don't know that any of them are struggling as hard as I am with keeping the detail straight regarding who has said what and consequently who is suspicious. I spent today - literally - reading back through llama, devin, mongoose, hedgie, and then did a search to find each time they had been brought up in conversation. Unfortunately for me, I came out convinced llama is good and at least from the posts and whats been said so far the rest of them are cleared for the time being. I think I was at this same place for the last vote.
Tomorrow I'm going to read back and read everything about A Person. I'm not quite clear on the case about her (or is it him?) but I will be by the time I'm finished. If anyone wants to add something for me to watch for it would be nice to know that now.
I have not read back through MP for this simple reason: I believe he has had an aha moment and his suspicions seem to be turning around on the people he has suspected and I haven't. I'll have to hear more from him before I decide to tackle a readback.
So I am going to try to push forward in this game - I really don't want Daisy to have to go begging for a replacement, I know there are others out there right now doing the same. It's hard to find one with so many games going on at once. I did notice far less posts that were all OT green - in fact I don't think there have been any and I really really appreciate that. I will continue to ask lots of questions - that's a play-style thing and asking to make sure I didn't miss anything while reviewing an issue.
Ok, enough of this long post!

What do you think of Hedgie?

I don't think that is the case here, but it is a thought. It would be incredibly ballsy... I find it more likely baddies are not all among the very top posters considering myself, devin, and llama are up there.
Hmmmm I didn't seriously consider a person but I suppose I should. Can you summarize why he's bad for me?
And I could still vote for BDH... I do still feel he was twisting my words, and he does fail to actually do anything other than suspect me And then vanish. I guess what started holding me back was because I felt so sure of llama for a while but now believe I was wrong, and I connected BDH and llama together... Then when mongoose posted it made me rethink BDH even more... And add in the fact that BDH I new.
However, maybes will vote BDH. I see he was in the thread earlier but he never addressed my question as to why if he didn't know what BTSC was, why didn't he ask? He has actually stopped posting ltogether... Interesting indeed.
I don't want to get caught up in another fit of gut, so maybe I won't vote mongoose. Speaking logically, I think bdh's behavior seems more suspicious...but then again... maybe not...mongoose could be Elohcin's teammate.... And then there is hedgeowl as well as other players....
Eh. I am done. I will be back a lunch to vote. Lets hope to god llama or me is not in the lead... If so, keep an eye for players bandwagoning for weak reasons.
I want a damn result today. A damn good one at that.
Does anyone have any reason to believe any player might be bad based in their day 1 And or their day 2 votes or is it too difficult to tell?
I look forward to seeing what develops when I vote tomorrow.

I don't have a strong enough gut feeling on anyone to say "that person is definitely a baddie!" I do know that the theory put forth by AP about the huts (that we should all refuse to send in our votes) would make sense only from the perspective of a baddie with teammates. When I pointed this out to him, his defenses did not reassure me. Instead of saying "oh, you're right, I didn't think that through" he came up with further nonsensical responses.
It is possible that he just didn't think it through, but it's the only piece of hard evidence I have and I feel that is worth something.
Maybe it's just because I am a professional economist that this bothers me so much.

I posted right before the post of MPs that you quoted; what is your opinion on Hedgeowl? If you posted it today, I might have missed it, I did not get a chance to read back yet, I am going to do that now.

I do admit most of what I posted makes no sense, but I still like the idea of being in the trogdor hut to give the other people a better chance of living, and will probably continue to do that.

Why? You don't know whether the people in the huts are good or bad? If you are good, you are endangering yourself while making it more likely for baddies to survive. Is that any way for a civvie to behave?

Let me reread her and get back to you on that.

Okay, done. These are the things that stand out to me.
1. She is incredibly blendy. She never brings up suspicions or makes cases against people. She defends almost everyone, but not wholeheartedly. The only exception to this was on Day 2 when she brought up a suspicion of Dom, but she didn't really pursue it, just voted for him in the middle of the vote battle between me and Devin.
2. Her voting record looks bad. On Day 1, she defended Elo, then voted Vompatti to tie. She claims this is because she thought a tie might result in no lynch, which is possible, but that is not the way it is usually handled. On Day 2, she said I sounded civvie, yet refused to help me out by voting for Devin, of whom she had expressed no such opinion of civvieness. Instead, she voted for a person who was getting virtually no attention from anywhere else, Dom.
I'm really glad I did this reread, because her play seems to come straight out of the classic baddie tactical manual: "Blending for Beginners: A Step by Step Guide" by Horatio Badlington.

I think it is somewhat altruistic.

Are you serious? Half your point on number two is that I didnt come to your rescue as part of the Animal Sanctuary Squad! Everyone is starting to think you are civ and now you pull a mini No U? At the Day 2 people were jumping on llama - devin votes like their life depended on if (pun intended). I have actively questioned Dom and now the ball is back in my court because he said he missed it.
And my voting record? You mean my two votes? The Day 1 vote is the only reason people suspect me in the first place. As for blendy, you could say that about half the peope in the game. Some have barely even posted they are so overwhelmed. There are so many posts to just read that making cases and researching can take a lot of time.
Why are you manufacturing this case on me?
I will try to get to a computer tonight and address svs and dom by pulling quotes.
