It would make it impossible for LC to have visited Scotty so yeah I think Scotty just cannot be Town at all in any scenario here.
The whole Mafia would have to be hypercoordinated with multiple fake Investigative claims on Scotty.

So if Scotty flips Mafia I think that pretty much clears MM, Wiggly, and SoA.
MM and Wiggly for confirming their roles pretty much and SoA because like I said Mafia would absolutely not risk a 50/50 lynch.

As much as Alexa would like, I don't think it clears her just yet only because Michelle is the one saying she is Town and Michelle could be Mafia though I would still believe both are Town.

If WCS Scotty does flip Town. I have no idea.
