Also is there a chance that they are in fact both the Mafia?

Linki: Thanks Mongoose.
I haven’t looked into teammate compatibility yet. I usually save that for confirmation of one scum. But I have been weighing whether or not luna and colin make sense as partners. I’d look into this during the night.
I often actually solve the game by looking at potential teammate patterns before any scum confirms. I think it's worth trying here. You might find that nobody makes sense as one of their partners for instance.
True. But I don't think I have time to do something that thorough 45 minutes before the deadline.
I'm just gonna skim and see if there are any glaring w/w moments.

I am more comfortable after having done a quick skim, that Lunalee deserves to be here more than Colin does. I would rather Llama (or Nova obviously) be in Colin's seat here. I don't think you have to look far through his ISO to see a civilian. Mongoose's case just adds credence to that hunch.

So best case scenario is Luna is telling the truth, double votes, wins the coinflip AND Colin flips mafia.
Worst case is Luna is telling the truth and loses the coin flip and flips civ and we learn nothing and lose the doublevoter.

Is that the score?

Nothing about Luna’s reads progress organically. They are all over the place and not even in a way that sounds justifiable when she’s grilled on it. That post llama highlighted as contrived was REALLY contrived as well.

If I get lynched because I voted no lynch because I’m busy at work then so be it, but I NEVER want to hear anyone again say I’m trying to outsmart you when I’m really just doing dumb shit by accident.
This sounds exactly like how I felt earlier in the game just for different reasons. It reads genuine to me for that reason. Maybe I'm biased.
My beef with colin there is that I don't think we're lynching him because he voted for No Lynch. That's not an accurate representation of the case on him at all.
Yes, I had not read your point when I posted that. You were correct. And actually, I have mixed feelings about the no Lynch vote anyway.

I don't think it's likely that she never misunderstood the matrix.

I need to go back and re-read Mongoose's Colin post. I'm not feeling super great about my vote but I really saw Luna's claim in the way someone (Sloonei maybe) described it as her doing it spontaneously. Doesn't seem like she even thought about it. And I do believe she was confused about the matrix.

You'd give someone a 50% to save themselves instead of 100%?

If she's telling the truth, and they're tied, she'll survive 100%. If she's lying, she'll die 50%.

I'd rather take those odds.

She is one ahead and if she's a civ then she has a doublevote so she can at the very least put herself back to a coin flip and save herself.

Best case scenario, Colin gets lynched here, flips Mafia and we clear Luna at the same time.
Worst case scenario, Luna gets lynched and flips civ and we lose someone a lot of people suspected in a mislynch.

It's not often you get a chance like this tbh.
