Don't thank me yet, you could still die. But if Dom does and is Hyrule it really narrows down the list of people I'll have to look at.

Very true. On the other hand, you may have saved me anyway. In previous games I believe Epi has sometimes resolved ties by not killing anyone. He did promise us death today though, so we'll see I guess.

Night 5: The Lizard Labyrinth
No one has been lynched.
The fifth labyrinth is the Lizard temple. Its walls change color.
The Old Man of the Lizard labyrinth chants a tale:
A treacherous lizard
Kept by a wizard
Could not be killed
By sword, axe, or shield
How, then, did it expire
When its lord’s life was required?
The solution is finer
And relatively minor.
“Speak privately the answer to your Host!”
It is now Night 5. You have 23 hours to send in your PMs.

I don't like this, at all.
Simple yes or no question, does any one know why the possibly survived?

I did not realize noone would die. I thought it might be randomized or something. You better be good Russ! Is "lizard" a loose interpretation?

before we start, are we going to solve this on in chat? I mean, It does give Ganon more rupees, but as proven with the bomb, baddies are currently making bank.

Called it, I guess?
Any thoughts on the riddle? I was thinking it could be a part of him, like his tongue or something. Could be musical too though, with that link.
Oh and Made, why does earning lots of rupees make someone probably bad? You lost me on the logic there.
Linki: Duh, we're solving it in-thread. Again, math.

I didn't intend to solve it in the chat, it was really more a question for Epignosis. I would say do not solve this one openly.

Like, it seriously doesn't make sense to me from a gameplay angle. He's bad, none of his team is taking heat (nobody else was taking heat at all, really, save his and my thoughts about Splints), but he goes out of his way to solely defend the civvie who is bound to be lynched anyways? I've known Russ to be a shifty baddie before, but not a foolish one.
Dom wrote:thellama73 wrote:Having slept on it, I increasingly think Russ is sincere. He has worked hard to build detailed cases, and while I don't always agree with them, I get the sense that he wants to win it for the civvies.
I don't trust Dom's new taciturn demeanor one bit, though, so I am voting for him.
you have yet to articulate how a quieter dom indicates a baddier dom

epic usually has ties result in no death or a role will decide later

I see some items and upgrades that can effect votes anyways, so for all we know it isn't a tie.
Seems like someone should die since he said so, but maybe he wasn't counting on a tie. I guess we will just wait and see.

Because this one doesn't seem as difficult as other ones. So it doesn't seem wise to help out Hyrule with putting the answer out there. However with 3 of them they can probably figure it out anyway. I wish we were pm'ed if we were right or not though. But did anyone win the triforce then (not actually asking anyone to say) and if so then that means Hyrule doesn't have all 3 pieces which is definitely good.
fingersplints wrote:

I wasn't thinking about this when I switched my vote but that is a point, with all the point adding and subtracting abilities it doesn't seem as likely it would have been a tie. But I can see one way it could have happened. But it would be stupid to say why so I won't.

He has done delayed deaths before so maybe that. And one of those guys got the triforce but I wouldn't expect anyone to admit it. Or maybe it's awarded after the death anyway?

Yay for posting irresponsibly at work!
I am also wondering the same things many are wondering (why no lynch, who will get the Triforce of Courage, etc. etc.). I had wondered what would happen in the event of a tie earlier, and...well, here we are.
Also, I am usually good with riddles, but shit...this one has me stumped. I also thought it might have something to do with minor chords/keys, especially with the song, but Dom says his PM would argue against that. I will
waste wisely use more of my planning period to ponder this
