Welp, this is an obvious choice, omitting any lynch shenanigans. Bass looks about as bad as a monkey in lava.

...Good god I need to eat  Hurry up, Jimmy John's!

Linki @ rabbit - That would be rather sacrilegious, don't you think? :P

I think it crossed a couple of our minds. But why do you think it's a setup when bass wasn't really in that much trouble, he wasn't necessarily the lynch target set that point.

I don't believe you and I have my reasons.

Also if you are trying to set someone up and want it to hold weight you don't come in and try to confirm it. It was almost believable but a teammate would not continue to try to push a teammate into oncoming traffic.

Also I voted Bass.

How many votes did Bass have at the time and how many others were suspecting him. I was planning on voting for him already. Certain game mechanics had given me insight into wanting to vote him as early as this morning. I just had no idea Bass would make it so easy for us all to find him out so quickly. And I agree with BR...Bass pushed just a bit too hard to make his "slip" believable.

I voted bass. I don't know enough about what is causing the switch to vote elsewhere and two other people already have votes so I'd rather not spread it furthur by throwing LC into the mix when it's still unsure, although I still think likely, he is teammates with bass

I was tyalking about the "logic" of him giving LC another push by simply "confirming" he screwed up. A true teammate would not do that.

I wasn't here. I don;t have internet on my phone. I got at at 7am, got the kids ready, took hubby to work, came home, did school with the kids and a little mafia game mechanics (but only got through a few posts in the thread), went to tumbling, went to walmart, came home and baked for my cake tasting this evening, bathed the kids, went and got the car washed and vacuumed it out, went to pick up the hubs, came home and showered and got ready for the tasting, half-way caught up in the thread and began to post my thoughts on bass' "slip" but then there was the knock at the door...my cake tasters. I was not actually able to post my immediate thoughts about bass' "slip" until after everyone else saw it differently. And....have y'all read page 34 n Sophie's reaction to all of it. Shoot, if I am right about LC being civ, which I really think I am, then she is most definitely the one who is Bass' actual teammate.

Day 4: Do Rabbits Like Apples Too?
Image
The gumshoes explored Maroon Cartoons.

In one of the back rooms they found a filing cabinet filled with pitches. One was about a bored but brilliant teenager named Lightbulb who finds a notebook, and using it, can kill anyone whose name he writes. He becomes acquainted with a god of death named Ree-Yuck, who eats apples a lot but throws them up, hence his name. Lightbulb engages in a cat-and-mouse scenario with his nemesis, a great detective named “L” (placeholder). “L” sits on his feet because it helps him think, or so everyone believes, when in fact he suffers from atrocious hemorrhoids due in part to his unhealthy diet of macaroons, cake, and sugar.

“What a stupid ass cartoon.”

“Nobody will ever watch something like this.”

“It needs work.”

“Work? It needs to be written down in the death notebook so that it dies a quick and painless death.”

“A notebook like this?”

Everyone gasped. Wedged in the files was a thin black notebook.

“We have to destroy it. Right now.”

Golden stopped them.

“Hey, wait a minute. That’s a guestbook, not a death notebook! What are you guys, crazy? I’ll just write my name in here like this, and then everyone will know who I am! See?”

Oh -now that was a fun read. I'm sorry I didn't get to keep up at the DMV - I kept getting paranoid they would call my number and I'd miss it. Then hit the grocery and started dinner.

anyway - I was going to toss the vote on LC to cover our selves but I see we have a couple with votes and with the potential for manips - might as well take care of the bird in our hand first. :)

*voting bass*

also - I srrsly want to see someone try to convince wabbit that LC is god. I want that so badly. Preferably when I've been drinking.

voting bass btw -

elo - are you saying - bass intentionally took a dive for his baddie team - potentially none of who were up for lynch - and in doing that - made up a fake message inplicating LC just to take a civ down with him? I mean - because the message looks a lot like it was supposed to be a bts message as it doesn't relate to the thread like at all - soooo - why would he fake the message in the first place? It seems like bad baddie logic to sacrafice yourself and get lynched just to take down someone you can NK. Ya know?

I want to understand what you are implying - but I can't recifiy how the first half of his post was a 'true slip" and the second half that names LC was "taking a civ down with him" - Please help me understand what you are trying to say here.

Day 4: Not Another Rerun
“Hey lady, this is a rerun!”

“Yeah! It’s 1947 and television is a wonderful thing, blah blah blah, but reruns already? We shouldn’t even know what reruns are yet. Come on!”

“Shut up you guys. I like the part where the rabbit writes his name in the book and kicks the bucket.”

“I want another beer.”

“Take that guy's. He’s passed out.”

Everyone stared at Bass_the_Clever, who was hunkered down in a corner holding a beer.

“Say, this fella ain’t breathin’. I ain’t drinkin’ no dead guy’s beer.”

“Then you ain’t drinkin’ no beer.”

“Why the hell not?”

“Last call was ten minutes ago. That’s why. Ha!”

Those three are my list as well, but it's by no way definite. (Especially because my distrust of Elo is based off of her defending zomba, and now LC XD so I'd rather lynch others first before i am sure on her :) )

And we still have an Indy to find.
