If Nova is Mafia what does he have to gain by pushing to tie them up at the end without the means to do so?

You actually tried to do it and your explanation was bad and irrational.

I think townfirming Luna does enough (given we have little else to go by) to clear luna, mongoose and juliets. It should clear me too.

Nova/Sloonei/Llama.

Sloonei tried to prevent the townclear by outright voting Colin vs. Luna (who the Mafia knew was a double voter). I think he knew he had to do it and is wifoming it away because he knew townclearing Luna would break the game.

I believe Sloonei and Nova orchestrated it and have decided that they have to turn on each other now and hope we mislynch once. This is tree Mafia all over again.

Mafia would have known that both Luna and Colin are scum. They would not care which one gets lynched. They could concoct a scheme that would pseudo-clear one of them at the chance of creating a 50% scenario of lynching either one. If Colin ends up lynched then we have one additional cleared civilian, but we're no closer to solving the game with one day phase left to do it. If Luna gets lynched, then Colin remains Suspect #1 heading into MYLO.

If luna does get lynched, you can quickly spin any hint of resistance from a civilian against them.

There's the "Macdougall is mafia" case.

At 15 minute til EOD Sloonei felt comfortable that we were cruising towards a civ/civ lynch.
At about 10 minutes til EOD Sloonei realised that town clearing Luna would be a disaster for him.
Sloonei panicked and moved his vote and hoped that he could wifom it away. He couldn't. He had no reason hence why it's irrational.

After the lynch he then proceeded to contradict himself by claiming to me that he just didn't trust himself but still trusted the plan, but claimed to Nova that he saw the same logic Nova did. He lied. He is caught.

I'm saying luna's rationale is the reason I backed out. I approved of the plan, but I personally felt conflicted about doing it. I stepped aside because I didn't want to resist it. Anybody could have facilitated that thing. Why the fuck does it matter that I didn't want to be the one to do it? It happened on my watch and I didn't speak out against it. If I'm Darth Sloonei I can argue against it from the start using Actual Reasons.

It must suck to have to repost such a stupid and shallow reason and point at it as your civ defence case.

:haha:

Holy up.

Sloonei tried to unravel the plan that ended up town clearing Luna. With less than 10 minutes to go. Because "he didn't trust himself to be the one to execute the plan". Okay firstly, that's hilarious. You're Sloonei. Juliets didn't have that qualm did she?

Secondly, you are now trying to tie together two contradicting statements you made. Where you in fact DID have a logical reason after all (one that you had to piggy back Nova to find). Oh the humanity Sloonei.

And now, Mac bad.

I don't like the vote you just cast. I want to say nasty things about you.
So do I. It was an impulsive emotional decision. I hate ties and always prefer a lynch with a clear decision, so I was focused on avoiding that. I also felt guilty for lynching Jay without any due process. I've played too many games with him to do that with a clean conscience, apparently.
He's my top suspect going into Day 4.
I get impulsive at deadlines. I listen to my gut and my heart. I felt that the plan made logical sense, but I wasn't the best person to be in control of the situation. I considered myself to be a liability in the plan. I didn't want to be the one to do it.

RIP Colin. I have to reevaluate. Luna and Juliets are for sure cleared now, and the fact that I was wrong about both Luna and COlin has me worried. I'm going to go back and do a full reread of everyone before Day 3. That means there are two mafia members hiding between Nova, Sloonei, Mac, and Mongoose. I was previously reading both Mac and Sloonei as town, but I can't be sure of that anymore. I agree with Mac that Sloonei's vote switching antics don't look great. Mac, to answer your question, when I do my rereads I will look out for team compatibility in particular and let you know what I discover.

Tomorrow we should vote for Mongoose. Why? Because she's quiet. Game solved.
Here's some old school scum tells for your sorry ass.

This seems like an overreaction.
