This makes me think Dizzy/Dr Wilgy probably aren't partnered from this post.
It doesn't come across as something Dr Wilgy asks from their partner in thread, when they could have done it privately in wolf chat.
Unless this is distancing, Dizzy is less likely to be a wolf from this exchange.

Ngl I can't find anything that makes me strongly believe that Finger/Wilgy can't be on the same team.
It's possible that i'm missing something obvious here, yet Fingers isn't a bad wagon fmpov mainly because they aren't hard unpaired with Wilgy.

Agreed, I still don't get why Illario was killed over one of the main pushers that I know of (Mac, Nanook and Alexa).
It does give me paranoia over deep wolves, though I think it's a little early to speculate over deep wolves.

I think that Alexa, Mac and Nanook have 1 wolf at most if one of the Wilgy pushers bussed them.

Falcon can also go into the PoE as they give off UTR vibes, which isn't how I remember playing with them in Akemi Homura.
Can it be real life? Sure, though I'll add that I haven't found anything that makes me thing Falcon/Wilgy can't be team mates either.

I will say that the Illario night kill is also another point in favor of LC being town as well.
