How do we get these players to participate more?

4) Beatdown: This power allows anyone with BTSC to take over the night kill of one of the mafia teams. In order to do so, all members of the mafia team must be dead (at least 1 of them must have been killed with help from a member doing the beatdown), and then the night kill can be claimed. Can be played prior to the requirements occurring, but will only go through once they are met. Bids for this power can be done privately. - Starts at $200

So seeing Epignosis landed on red which clearly has houses, it's safe now I think to pretty much say he and LC are Red properties since he didn't die from paying so much after bidding and winning so much stuff already. Problem is, we are coming around Go and have to touch that in the next 1-3 nights. We have to get the baddies basically perfect now lol.

That wouldn't matter. If Epi is not in the red group, he wouldn't have to pay out of pocket if there aren't hotels.

That is correct. Any rent will show up normally, regardless of the owner, so as to not out properties for anyone.

And also any rent is collected from the bank rather than the player, unless there is a hotel on the property.

I think if Epi and LC are in a full color group together, they're more likely to be the baby blues. Only one property in that group, apparently, has enough money to buy a house. So two someones in that group are hurting for cash.

I think the red group is comprised of low posters and frugal spenders.
