Have you been introduced to the HK theory of Mafia as it relates to Magic: The Gathering?

Ok, long ago in a distant past, when Ice Age was the current set in Type 2 magic there was a card called Necrpotence, yeah?
It allowed the player to trade life points for additional cards in hand, 1 to 1.
The deck built around it utilized strong discard spells, disruptive creatures, and removal spells.

The concept was to dump your hand as quickly as possible, then refill using the Necropotence card.
The idea behind the deck was that card advantage wins games. And back then, the best way to gain card advantage like that was Necro.

So! here's the theory. In Magic, as long as you have 1 life point left, you're still in the game, right? You start with 20, and lose at 0 (barring weirdness).

Anyways: Mafia is like a game of Magic. Your life points are equivalent to the number of townies living greater than the number of wolves remaining.
As long as that number is greater than 0 we have a chance, and as long as that number is greater than 1 we're winning.

Currently we are winning this game, and we have life points (townies) to spare, so if spending a life point (killing me via chop) gets us closer to a solve, and it should, given that I'll flip town and you all can then examine interactions, plays, and how people addressed me.

So yeah, let the bodies hit the floor, and if it makes the most sense, do me first.

I will say, just to stop myself going for retrospective credit I don't deserve (regardless of flip),

I instantly disbelieved Ted's 3P claim. It felt too convenient. But he has been so insistent that he was winning me over. I couldn't reconcile it with Kyle's claims and was going to shrugginly advocate we chop Ted today. But I definitely felt he was being sincere by the end.

So one way or another he's succeeded in convincing me of something he wanted to convince me of.
