Nope. Technically, the Elimination Candidate is decided before the winner can give away their extra Token of Life.

But if two people tie for the least, the winner could choose one of them for the token of life I believe?

If two people tie for the least, the winner decides which one will be the Elimination Candidate. They cannot then give the same player the Token of Life.

NEW RULE:

If, 24 hours after your turn begins, you still haven't done anything, you will either be randomly forced to accept a card or add a seed card, or, if the betting has begun, immediately fold. So, first half of the hand = random action, second half of the hand = immediate fold.
