I'd been viewing them as the worst team in the league, but they might have stiff competition from Arizona now.

They’re quite bad, but ARI apparently didn’t cross the 50-yard line last week until there were 5 minutes left in the game. On a roster with Bradford, David Johnson, and Larry Legend? I’m not one to throw stones, but that feels like it’s worse. At least with us you can look at the roster and instantly understand.

The Bills are implied to score twelve.
Twelve.
I don't think I've ever seen a total that low for one team that wasn't weather related, and this week's game is in a
dome. +1000 underdogs.
Dayum.

12 points, like, 2 touchdowns? That’d be pretty good for these Bills.
This week’s not their week, and if Rodgers plays Green Bay isn’t either. I’ll hold out hope regardless. The schedule cools down a bit in October — games against an AFCS that doesn’t look too special — and they have the Jets, Dolphins and Lions later on. I hope they can pick up speed in that stretch, but even if they get 0-16 ... Ed Oliver, Nick Bosa, Greg Little, or maybe Anthony Johnson out of Buffalo. $100 million in cap space next year. Josh Allen with a season under his belt. These are the things I have to tell myself to feel okay.

After a nasty slow start with Weeks 1 and 2, I finally had a great one this week.
I now really understand firsthand the concept of home / road splits. It's easy to think, "Gosh, a stadium is a stadium- why can't a guy just perform as well as he does at home?"
Week 1 was spent in New Jersey / New York, and I did not have my usual routines and process in place.
Week 2 was Hurricane Florence, and I did not have my usual routines and process in place.
Week 3 was a home game for me, and I did quite well.
What's on the schedule for Week 4? Drought? Being sworn in as US President? Poison monkeys?
Hopefully it's another home game. I do much better with those.

I know it’s just one game, but I’m honestly so freaking giddy after that. Josh Allen looked like a superhero, but even if he busts the rest of the season and the team reverts to its ugly form, that win was worth it.

Defenses already seem to understand there’s no winning, so (at least in this game) they’re just going for it and taking the penalty. It’s gonna get worse before it gets better.

I don’t think this loss (so far) is really on Fitzpatrick. He’s throwing picks, but most of them aren’t egregious and his receivers are dropping balls they shouldn’t be. They really should keep rolling with him for the next few weeks at least.

I don't think it matters. Are they really going to go anybody else over Fitzpatrick right now? Anybody can have one bad game.
