I'm scared of you Sloonei is the only reason I still have you as null. You fooled me all the way in that game we just played (the name escapes me but it was the one where Jay was also bad).

As far as 112 goes I thought her answer was detailed enough to be able to judge whether she is doing what she says she does when she scum hunts. It wasn't a vague answer that would be harder to track.

Oh you know, thats true. You could legitimately scum hunt in that game which is probably why your scum play in that game looked like your town play in other games. I didn't consider that. My impression of you here then is town.

I agree that not wanting solid reads is not really a pro-town thing to say

But I feel like experienced scum would try to avoid saying things like that, because they would look bad. And he strikes me as an experienced player

Not bad as in alignment-bad. But I think Day 0 is too early for people to feel as though they have strong reads, yeah. I’ve been getting a lot of responses in recent games to my early-game prods as if they‘re firm, fully developed reads, so this has been on my mind a bit.

[mention]Scirrus[/mention] regarding Sloonei and nova, I thought they were asking me for early reads but they both clarified they were only asking for impressions. I just misinterpreted what they originally said.

Regarding Sloonei, my naked impression was towny but we played a game recently where I read him as town all game (our Game of Champions) when he was really scum so I kept him in my null pile because he can fool me. He reminded me here though that there were two mafia teams in that game so his behavior was to scum hunt just as if he were town in that game and that's probably why I was fooled for so long. That made me feel better about my town impression of him here so I changed him from null to town impression.

Regarding Dizzy, yeah I'm not worried yet. He mostly has just made me laugh because he's just Dizzy. I agree that his reason for saying he wouldn't be scum hunting will reveal itself eventually but that doesn't mean I'm not curious and shouldn't ask for the reveal early.

Also, I think it was you who asked, some of us use scum here, some of us just call mafia "bad" or "baddies", some use mafia, and some may use wolf but that's less common. Use whatever you like. Also, we many times use "civ" for town.

I understand that my agreeableness can seem scummy at the beginning, that's normal when people first play with me. Years ago I even got lynched because I was "too nice". I just ask that you give me a chance. The things you see as scummy right now are just part of my style. I hate Day 1's, they are not my strong suit.

Juliets seems towny by my meta of her. She doesn't use contractions and writes pretty bluntly sometimes, so she always looks kinda sketch, but I'd lean town on her right now owing to the complicatedness of her Sloonei read- I think she's being genuine when she says she doesn't know how to read him well and is concerned with being fooled again. She says she's reading him more as town now, but it's an early back-and-forth type read and those tend to come from townies more often than wolves; wolves are more inclined to stick with an early read throughout a greater duration of the round and don't flip-flop so soon. I think she's showing true uncertainty.

Regarding Sloonei, I can see him as a wolf personally. His questions don't seem to go anywhere and he's forcing the humour a bit.

I think I've played one game with scum!mac but don't recall how he played in it. But he's been a much more vocal force early on in town games I've played with him.

Scirrus is probably my strongest town-lean atm. He has lucid and free-flowing posts and a lot of them.

I also liked Epi coming in and poking/prodding people. We don't agree on Sloonei right now but that's ok, I just like Epi's behavior. Seems towny.

In most of the games I have played with him he is not a low poster though I seem to recall sometimes he doesn't go all out right at the beginning. I would not say high posting is AI for him - my memory is he was posting up a storm to keep me from suspecting him leading up to our F3 with Lexi in Inception where he was bad and he also posts a lot as town.

Do you mean her finding Sloonei as wolfy or something else? I went back to her post about how she forms reads and what she does as town and didn't see anything that was inconsistent in her posts. What am I missing?
