Game of Thrones is not for the faint of heart, for sure. I highly recommend the other two though.
Noted! Thank you, sir.
I loved Breaking Bad, so I can get past some squeamishness if the show is really outstanding, which is the only reason I'm still considering it.

Game of Thrones is a guilty pleasure. It's not compelling television in the same way that Breaking Bad is. I definitely recommend trying it out though. It's especially fun to binge-watch it.

Fringe.
That's my top 5. But I haven't actually finished Fringe yet.

It was really awesome. Geddy's voice was in good form and they had a great, sometimes surprising setlist. My only complaint is that they didn't do Limelight.

I've seen Limelight 5 times, so I was OK with it. :P
Good to hear! I really enjoyed it too (understatement of the century).
The setlist was indeed sometimes surprising, it was awesome.

Ah! I didn't hear Natural Science. We heard The Camera Eye instead. I heard Natural Science on Time Machine tour so it was cool.
I noticed they've been switching up a few songs each time.
I presume you had One Little Victory instead of How It Is then?

Nothing much. Relaxing after finishing a research paper last night (and this morning). Now I've got a couple days break before finals come.

Clockwork Angels is in my top 3 Rush albums, if I had to pick with a gun at my head.
Owing to the prompting from people in this thread, I just placed an order for Counterparts, Test For Echo, Vapor Trails (Remixed), Snakes and Arrows, and Clockwork Angels. My Rush discography is now complete excluding live albums and EPs.

Was I right to get the remixed version of Vapor Trails? Ordinarily, I prefer to stick to the originals, but I have heard such terrible things about that original mix.

Probably. You can't go wrong with either.
I love the original Vapor Trails, but there's no denying it was mixed terribly. Objectively, the remixed version is better, but since I grew up loving the original mix, hearing the remixed versions sometimes is strange to me. It's exactly like when I watch episodes of The Simpsons now that include deleted scenes. Still amazing. Love them. But really strange when I see a scene that wasn't there in my hundreds of times watching them previously.
Considering you've never owned VT before, it's better for you to fall in love with the songs via the remixed version.

Then you're good.
