I would very much like to know why greybonez felt the need to wait until 5 minutes before the deadline- after not posting since Day 0- to put Epi ahead in a 3-2 vote over llama. That seems to me like a newbie mafia move to save a friendly neighborhood Monty Navarro. :eye:

If I had to pick the 3rd teammate of llama and greybonez, I'd probably pick MM. Just on a hunch.

But I still do want to hear the thought process from greybonez. This may not implicate llama at all, since there were five of us with 1 vote at the time.

Greybonez isn't on my team. He's just a n00b. I interpret his vote as gratitude for me introducing him to the wonderful game of mafia.

First time playing. Did not see where the vote was standing before I voted. Was going to vote for Birdwithteeth because I don't trust that, but I'm also a Sunny fan Epignosis because I also don't trust words or names that end in "sis." I do feel bad that my first vote ended in death.

Ewww smells like a llama 2 was loosed up in here

I do not understand the suspicion on Sorsha bc she thought teeth and epi were posting about spunk (really though did we have to got there, boys?). Why is she being suspected bc those 2 were acting like two teen boys that have never touched a boob?

While I disagree that epi should have been lynched - I feel out of the two of them it should have been Teeth - I can understand it.

But Golden is most suspicious to me bc of the way he posted along with the tone of his posts.

I will elaborate when dawn arrives.

:suspish:
Llama's vote pinged me.

I went through why I didn't vote others. I didn't want to spread the vote further, because it looked like only me and epi were left... I'm glad lots of others turned up in the last 20 minutes, but that was unexpected for me. I didn't want to vote active people who I had no suspicion on, especially when they are types who take suspicion early a lot.

Now, TH, you've stopped short of actually saying you suspect me, you've done all these questions which read to me like a deliberate attempt to get me to react so you can peg stuff on me, and that is exactly the kind of thing I was seeing from before that point too. Everything you've done, it feels like you've done just to obtain reactions. And even though I told you I suspected you because it felt like you were posting a lot without giving much of your own views, you have not begun to do so... you've simply tried to entrap me.

So, why don't you say who you are actually suspicious of.

I'm not trying to "entrap" you, I'm trying to understand you. And a lot of my gameplay is to gauge reactions, especially early on, I think that's par for the course for me. I'm asking questions about your gameplay because I think your gameplay is questionable.

I suspect you, and I'll make my case for Day 2.

Why did Llama's vote ping you?

Re: A Gentleman's Guide to Love and Murder - Night 1

Because after originally bringing up lacey as an absentee, when he voted it he said he was doing it to 'piss off roxy', and that felt like a way of pre-empting any possible suspicion he could take from roxy so he could paint it as a reaction to him saying he wanted to piss her off, to me.

And I agree its par for the course for you - for your baddie game. It reminds me of playing against you at RYM when you were bad. It doesn't remind me of Keeler, nor of Economics, in both of those cases your questions felt far more organic and just one of the things you were doing, they formed part of the context of you giving opinions, you are more well rounded in your approach.

And, I just realised daisy hasn't checked in yet... I thought she had, but I just realised it was roxy in a daisy suit. So we have two absentees.

I think it's odd that you expected a lot of case making, or even a lot of opinions, from me on a 24-hour Day 1 where three meaningless votes had been cast up to that point. The fact that you've had a lot of strong opinions, none of which feel organic to me, is actually a big reason why I suspect you.

I don't expect a lot of anything. But you contributed a lot. You posted a lot. But it was meaningless. If you hadn't contributed nearly so much, then I wouldn't have found it odd how little of it was actually relevant or providing any view on anything. You never even said 'I don't have any particular pings' or anything like that... you just posted a whole lot. And I have had literally zero STRONG opinions, which is why I was wanting to bounce ideas off people towards the vote. When I have strong opinions, other peoples views are not going to influence what way I vote. That doesn't stop me from saying what I see.

Night 2 - Kiss From A Rose

Monty knew he had to isolate his victims in order to pick them off. Nobody suspected that the cast-off, reviled illegitimate son of a disowned daughter would be the one seeking revenge, but as improbable as it was, he vowed to murder every D'Ysquith in his way. As most of the others went to bed after killing Epi, Monty wandered the halls until he found his first victim - Dom.

"Hello, there...cousin," Monty said affably. "Fancy a walk in the gaden?"

"Certainly," said Dom. "All this talk of murder makes me feel uneasy. I need fresh air."

With that, they headed out to the garden. Monty grabbed a rose off of a bush in order to prick Dom to death, but then a better idea entered his head. Without warning, he grabbed Dom and plunged him into the fountain. Dom forced his way back up, so Monty grabbed a nearby statue and dropped it on Dom to weigh him down. Dom began to slide out from under it, so Monty threw a venomous snake into the pool. It bit Dom in the throat, and he fell backwards, impaling himself on the rose Monty had plucked.

"A rose by any other name," laughed Monty evilly, because he couldn't think of any other sayings with the word rose in them.

Dom has been killed. It is now Day 2. You have 24 hours to lynch someone.
If I neglected to send you a PM please let me know.

Not inherently meaningless, no, but in conjunction with nothing else of value - as I've said and will repeat - this is not consistent with what I know of civilian and indy TH but I have seen it from you when you were bad on RYM. I find it suspicious not because of what you HAVE said, but because of what you HAVEN'T said... ie its the absence of anything concrete that anyone could pin you down on.
