I see, that makes sense. Anyway, you're bad.Scotty wrote:OH!
I understand where I got confused. Your syntax was confusing af.

Cool. Good talk. I'm going to bed and will revisit this in the morning. Fare thee well, striped horse.

On the fence on this potential slip. SVS is a very defensive person. She often compares her game... when bad.Seriously though, on the fence.
This post is the definition of wishy washy. It would look like someone who is waiting to see if this is going to gain momentum and if you can safely join that wagon. This is the one I saw that made me see why he might find you suspect in this whole scenario. I can't speak to why your first post made him think whatever he thought, but this one that stood out to me.
That said, I don't see anything else that would convince me to vote for you. I don't know that this is a baddie tell really or a cautious civ, so no stress about me voting you anytime soon.

Also another reason I voted for LC, in Dune I believe (might have been a different speed game) Bass did this exact thing to LC (presuming this is what Scotty did), "faux" slipped in the thread and got civ LC lynched. So this sort of a ploy is not unfamiliar to him.

Linki: ok, I didn't realize that Bass was actually being malevolent, but it makes sense since he actually needed LC dead. But, LC was actually an LMS in this game who controlled Bass's nightkill, so not the same as a civilian.Bass_the_Clever from Roger Rabbit mafia wrote:I know right. Are you suggesting that LC proposed this idea to Scotty in BTSC? Or that Scotty is actually innocent, and LC recognized a previous scenario that he was a victim of?

I don't think LC is inherently bad for jumping on this. It looks like a bona fide slip to me, and I'm not gonna blame anyone for voting because of it. I realize you are probably a victim here though, and it looks like a shitty situation.

Re: [DAY 1] Mafia of Montreal: A Variety of Whimsical Murder
Don't worry, SVS. I'm not bad. But I think at least a few jumping on me are. LC initially seemed pretty even keel, like he was attempting to be the 3rd party, but now he just can't understand anything I say and is using that as his argument against me. Well, LC wouldn't surprise me as a baddie.S~V~S wrote:This post:Metalmarsh89 wrote:I found what you're talking about in Roger Rabbit.S~V~S wrote:If you're bad I am never talking to you againScotty wrote:Do you guys know each other l, or I am missing the slip? can't just be coincidence? If I get killed it's his fault by DEfault![]()
Also another reason I voted for LC, in Dune I believe (might have been a different speed game) Bass did this exact thing to LC (presuming this is what Scotty did), "faux" slipped in the thread and got civ LC lynched. So this sort of a ploy is not unfamiliar to him.
LC was a LMS Indy in that game. I don't think this and that are the same.
As Bass was being lynched. To set LC up for the next lynch. I hope beyond hope that Scotty is not bad. But if he is, I am going next. No worries, I am used to be civ game being misinterpreted.Bass_the_Clever wrote:I know right. I can't believe all the heat im taking for that vote. LC what should I do?
But lynch LC after me.

Please lynch Nutella. It was what I originally wanted to do.
If I am lynched today (which looks likely) you will see that I am not in fact bad like you would be believed and this might actually be good for the town to see who's on what side of the fence.
Scotty- the martyr you deserve but don't need.

That's not a rhetorical question, I legitimately want to know what you think I should be apologizing for.

Because I have been and am continuing to give you more benefit of the doubt than I normally would in situations like these.
When under the impression that you conceded that you were Scotty's teammate, I literally asked all the players if they would be okay with a reset given the unfortunate circumstances.
When interrogating Scotty and yourself I never gave off the impression that you would be next on the lynching block simply by association with Scotty if he flips bad, and only said that you would be next half-jokingly the instant I saw his slip. Recently I've even said that I don't think you will be next on the lynching block and I won't advocate it. Again, if I do, it won't be because you were implicated by Scotty. I don't know what else you could want from me here.

I mean do I have to read you as civilian in order to not owe you an apology?

When I am proved civ (and I will be
your molehill>Mt Everest will be seen as false. I will want an apology at that time. Normally this is not a thing I worry much about;I ALWAYS get misconstrued when I am bad (looking at you LC & BR who know that about me). But you would not even consider otherwise, and that irks me.
So when I turn up civ at whatever point (and I will) Ineed you to acknowledge that. In this game you are reminding me of that Keterman game from a while ago. You were bad; but it could just be me being defensive.

Re: [DAY 1] Mafia of Montreal: A Variety of Whimsical Murder
This is shameful misrepresentation. First of all, you're implying that the reason I suspect you is entirely because Scotty implicated you with his slip, which is dangerous to call a molehill at this point in my opinion. That's just straight up bullshit. I have gone out of my way over and over again to clarify to you that I can not and will not suspect you simply because his slip implicated you. I have given you more benefit of the doubt that anyone else that believes Scotty slipped. Second, what do you mean I will not even consider otherwise? Are you fucking shitting me right now? I was the one who responded to your "nothing matters because I'm going to be lynched tomorrow" by saying that I don't think you will, and you didn't even respond to that, so don't tell me that I'm not considering any other possibilities because ironically YOU'RE the only player that's completely sold on you being lynched tomorrow. I mean there's over-defensive and then there's acting like you're next on the chopping block when no one else - not those that don't buy that Scotty slipped as well as those that do - think that you will be.S~V~S wrote:When I am proved civ (and I will beyour molehill>Mt Everest will be seen as false. I'll owe you an apology for being wrong about you when I haven't even declared epistemic fact that you're bad yet you're totally within boundaries to misrepresent the shit out of me in order to make a point? Don't get this post wrong, I'm not legit mad or anything, but I do not and will not owe you an apology. If you want me to "consider otherwise" even though I already fucking have been then talk to me instead of ignoring me when I'm trying to work with you rather than against you.
