Prior to adjudicating my action, my power was snatched from me. I have no more powers.

And yea Mac, I used it. Looks like it was going to be stolen from me regardless.

So like, I think someone else now has my power. I'm assuming that is scum.

But I have no idea how there was no death.

Doctors don't get that luxury.

I mean if you have a check and you don’t get it then you can assume you were roleblocked so

Inb4 a town stole Fatmo's role and used it to stop the kill and I put a save on scum Fatmo.

A) I obviously wasn’t told I was blocked

B) if you’re power was stolen before adjudication why do you think that anyone would’ve been?

C) you should’ve asked me and ted BEFORE you said it was stolen prior to adjudication

D) we’re sleeping today

It feels like what's happened is my role was blocked by whoever stole your role and they also stopped the kill.

I reckon your role being stolen was a reactive ability based on your choice of target. Ie. You hit a mafia that had a self protection of some sort.

If we can rule out Nook/Ted as a team we're kinda Gucci.

Even if my power got stolen, how many town PRs are we even likely to have left to block? I guess I'm just assuming scum stole it, because all the other PRs we know about have been town. I'm still assuming Mac is legit here. And Hally had one.

I probably was dumb using the power today though. Should have holstered.

I'll feel better later if I find out that somehow someone actively stole my power and that I was always going to loose my power no matter what I did lol.

Long story short, I screwed the pooch. This was one of my worst hosting jobs ever, if not the worst, and I accept any blame for the frustrations anyone may experience. But I am calling the game. The mafia team agreed to concede, but I don't think that's fair to them.

Town wins. Congrats go out to 1612, chardonnay, Fatmo, Hally, MacDougall, NANOOK, and tutuu.

Mafia (tedxtr and Long Con) doesn't "lose", at least not in the spreadsheet where that is tracked. I lose. I apologize everyone. This was not my best work.

Notes:

~ Mac's role should have prevented LC's role from stealing Fatmo's ability. It didn't really "matter" in terms of preventing the kill, but it matters in terms of game integrity. It just heaps on some other general goofs of mine.
~ Fatmo's role should have been one-shot. I gave him two explicitly so LC would have a better chance of stealing something, but that was dumb of me.

I do think town played this game well enough to win and want them to be recognized for that. Thanks for playing everyone, and each of you gets a free tomato toss at my face.
