Keeping brief: let's not use any descriptive words at all to describe a certain someone's "typing predicament". A nasty type may use such a crutch to their advantage out of desperation. That is all.

No Thanks I am Full

Once upon a time there was a girl known as Little Red Cap walking through the woods to deliver food to her sickly grandmother wine and cake to be exact she had the order from her mother to stay strictly on the path.

A mean big bad wolf wants to eat the girl, and the food in the basket. He secretly stalks her behind trees and bushes and shrubs and patches of little grass and patches of tall grass. He approaches Little Red Cap and she naïvely tells him where she is going. He suggests the girl pick some flowers, which she does. In the meantime, he goes to the grandmother's house and gains entry by pretending to be the girl. He swallows the grandmother whole, and waits for the girl, disguised as the grandma.

When the girl arrives, she notices that her grandmother looks very strange. Little Red then says, "What a deep voice you have," ("The better to greet you with"), "Goodness, what big eyes you have," ("The better to see you with") "And what big hands you have!" ("The better to hug/grab you with"), and lastly, "What a big mouth you have," ("The better to eat you with!") at which point the wolf jumps out of bed, and swallows her up too. Then he falls fast asleep.

A woodsman, however, comes to the rescue and with his axe cuts open the wolf, who had fallen asleep. Little Red Cap and her grandmother emerge unharmed. They fill the wolf's body with heavy stones. The wolf awakens and tries to flee, but the stones cause him to collapse and die.

Bye Queran, you were fun, I am sorry you were also bad.

OK, I think Rhinfrew was bad. I think Dallon was possibly bad. I am hoping hoping Carmen is Rumple (if one of them was not). Any ideas?

I'm still going to vote Carmen, or at least make Carmen the second choice again. I do wonder why Dierdre and Eurolyvn felt the need to post with words. I hope that won't happen again

Ok, next shall we vote Carmen? I'd be fine with that.

Anchorette, I agree, I think it is quite possible (maybe even likely?) that Dallon was bad. And hopefully Rhin.

So, it appears that Eurolyvn was under some sort of hex/potion type thing. That's interesting. And it did cause them to have to post more, but apparently it didn't mess up our tactic too much because we got what we planned! :noble: :lorab:

I have a question for Laine - why did you post as many words as you did during this day period?

Linki - yes, same question goes for Diedre. Why did you post as many words as you did during this last day period?

I noticed both those and thought it strange.

I'm not sure about the final nail, my Spritely friend, but that would be welcome news indeed! ;airguitar: Alas, I've no spreadsheet to speak of during this game. :(

As for hiding from the two nefarious characters in question, I'm voting the third option. (On the other side of the curtains.) In my experience, the other 2 locations are where the nefarious characters themselves may, in fact, lie in wait for hapless children.

I have no ss either but I have guesses as to who the other three are/were and they are gone now.

I agree about behind the curtains. Under the bed and in the closet just traps you in a bad spot if found. If you're found behind the drapes you have a chance to get away.

That sounds unusual. I hope it won't take long for the hosts to answer, because its weird enough that 1 person got some kind of posting challenge in the middle of day. You have roused my curiousity.

Looking at what she posted specifically I get some ideas on why she may have posted and I doubt it was a challenge of any sort.

I think it was more of a warning of sorts and I think it was civ friendly. Did you read it? Just a guess based on what she said. Take a look.

Orange, I thought it was a warning as well, probably unnecessary, but still-

until she said that she was waiting to hear something from the host first, before discussing it. Now I don't know what that means, so I am really curious :omg:

I've heard back, and I can only say what I said. Suffice to say that I felt that warning was needed, and felt typing it was worth the risk.

I'm going to hide in the closet. I think I have enough room in there, behind all the whips, chains, stilettos, the sword, cattle prod, stun gun, cannon, guillotine..... oh, and one elephant gun. If the grenades don't roll off the shelf, I should be quite safe in there.

ok, thanks. :)

I only noticed it because I thought it was sort of weirdly unnecessary. If you thought someone was going to mention the word 'insanified', well, you were the only one speaking. At least at that time, anyway. And if you were afraid someone might not vote for him due to his being insanified, well, there was only 3 people left to vote anyway. So I couldn't figure out why you were even mentioning any of that. But, its obvious there was some reason I don't understand, so it is what it is. Or it was what it was. Something like that.

I am down for a Carmen vote. I think she's bad news, I have no doubts anymore after her response about Rhinfrew and his defense of her.

And I am going Under the Bed; it is where I always went as a child, and I always lived to tell about it, so it must be reasonably safe.

Hopefully Carmen has no more tricks to play, but if she is able to redirect the lynch, do we need a second suspect again? Do we even have a second suspect? Obviously, Carmen is not going to vote herself, and if we should be looking at someone else to put a couple votes on, in order to save a townie, who should we be discussing?

I honestly don't have any strong suspicions about anyone else yet. Little pings maybe, but thats it.

That's a good point Miyuki, it will be good to have a second option ready. I think even little pings might be worth mentioning at this point, especially since we won't be able to talk during the day until Rumpel goes. Who do you have in mind?

I'm looking at Laine as a possible Rumple-teammate. It's a minor ping based on the fact that she voted for Gobnait the day he got lynched. The other two were Queran and Rhinfrew, one a confirmed Rumpie, and the other a suspected one.

Oh you're right! I'd forgotten all about Mainchin vouching for Laine. But considering Mainchin didn't have investigative powers, I don't know what to make of it. It would be nice to hear what Laine's own explanation is for Mainchin's vote of confidence, and for her Gobnait-vote.
