Ah yes, the begrudging bus of a teammate because their goose is cooked.

Side note, one thanksgiving we were visiting family in Indiana and someone hit and ran on a deer outside their farm. So we find the deer dying in the woods, relative puts it out of its misery and tried skinning and cooking it to not let it go to waste. Well, it had some sort of parasite so we had to let it go anyway and LO AND BEHOLD a goose died right outside an hour before dinner and they threw that in the fryer and we had that as an addendum to our normal turkey and it was pretty damned good

You are scum reading me because you don't have a reason not to scumread me? But you also don't have much of a reason to scum read me. Logic isn't really my strong suit, but yours seems to be flawed. It sounds like you have a town core of a few people and then everyone else is scum. In other words, you believe that you are surrounded by scum. Everywhere you turn, there's someone who is not in your town core, and that's yet another scum. You need to build a moat filled with pirhana. Or hide. One of the two.

Do you think you deserve to be considered in the “towncore” of this game? Asking honestly

Probably not. I know that my style looks a bit scummy and that it would take a real leap of faith to put me into your town core. And I also know that people find me hard to read, or so they say.

In this game, the scummy behavior I see is asking questions, seemingly doing nothing with the answers, and spending the rest of the time talking about your self prescribed scumminess as a defense.
So. I read you as not town-favoring. Scum lean. Could be difference in playstyle approach but if you normally play scummy, that’s…not a good approach to be read…as town.

What ALSO sucks is that Dolby made the right shot, but if Dolby were mafia, they also would have made that same shot knowing it would hit town.

I don't play scummy on purpose. And, yes, I know that asking questions is considered scummy. But, for me, it has to be considered NAI. I am a journalist, and that's how I gather information, IRL and in mafia games. I don't know any other ways to get people to talk more about themselves and how they are seeing than to ask them questions, preferably open-ended questions and then to either discuss their answers with them or ask follow-up questions.

But what do you plan to do with the information you're gathering? Like that seems to me to be what's lacking

I sort through it but a lot of it leads me to dead ends so, then, I get stuck and am still unsure of how to read people. This is the weak link for me. Translating information into reads and action.

So. I read you as not town-favoring. Scum lean. Could be difference in playstyle approach but if you normally play scummy, that’s…not a good approach to be read…as town.
I don't play scummy on purpose. And, yes, I know that asking questions is considered scummy. But, for me, it has to be considered NAI. I am a journalist, and that's how I gather information, IRL and in mafia games. I don't know any other ways to get people to talk more about themselves and how they are seeing than to ask them questions, preferably open-ended questions and then to either discuss their answers with them or ask follow-up questions.

I don’t think asking questions is inherently scummy, GG. That’s how to get conversation going. But what I see is someone that stands by the punch at a party and smiles and waves at people that choose to interact with them, then the party is over.

So it’s what you do with the information- you’re a journalist, so I just want to see some breadth of conclusions you’ve come to. I don’t see the discussion of their answers part

Probably not. I know that my style looks a bit scummy and that it would take a real leap of faith to put me into your town core. And I also know that people find me hard to read, or so they say.

But what do you plan to do with the information you're gathering? Like that seems to me to be what's lacking
I sort through it but a lot of it leads me to dead ends so, then, I get stuck and am still unsure of how to read people. This is the weak link for me. Translating information into reads and action.

That’s fair, I appreciate the candor, I get like that too, especially when I come into thread, have a thought, then read further and that thought has been expounded upon and answered by the individual and I’m just like…cool cool cool I have nothing to say

A) is there a post limit for the night phase
B) if there is, is it separate from the already-accrued day phase post count?
