Well, I don't feel comfortable voting for MP or SVS because I don't feel I have a good handle on it so far this game. And in the interest of not spreading the vote out even more, I'm not going to go with MR. Instead I'll go with Lizzy. She's one of the few players I could see being brazen enough to hint at being the SK and subtly mention it at some point in the thread.

Ugh I really don't know who to vote for. My only real option right now, my gut tells me to vote for MP. The only other one I could consider would be Lizzy but again, not sure at all

I would also like to know why all of a sudden people want to save MP from being lynched. This is very scummy behaviour to me.

Mainly because of last night. But something from the whole game has felt off to me about you. Like sometimes it feels like you're treading water, seeing how things lie before jumping in but always leaving yourself an out at the same time

Also, I would like to point out that again I was in the crosshairs and again (this happened in the Ksite game) I was suspected yet not one vote was placed on me. Tells me the baddies were working to try and get me lynched.

I am always a top poster, Hedge, good or bad. Back in the day, baddies were always low posters, but that was when most games had only one baddie crew. It was a lot harder to be bad under those conditions. Being a high poster was a sign of civvieness. For me, though, it is just that i like to talk. srsly lol

Good question, Bass. Fact of the matter is, while my alignment is the same in both of these situations, the nature of the suspicion combined with my performance in the game couldn't be any more different.

In Lost, I made a HUGE mistake that made it seem as though I was either an incredibly terrible civvie or I was a careless baddie caught in a lie.

I did not make such a mistake here. The mechanics are different.

In Lost, there was this tidal wave of suspicion against me that I argued against over and over and over, but it was all based on whether people thought I was lying about something that was an in-game mechanic but completely outside the realm of the regular thread, and instead based on interpretations of my actions due to a conversation in BTSC.

I felt the best way to prove my point that it was clearly down to my word versus someone else's was to vote myself; it was purely a strategic move born almost entirely out of frustration. Not to mention I replaced into that game when it already had 3,000 posts and it had the unconventional mechanics of squares and what not.

This game... I've not replaced; I've been quite active for most of the game. I made no such mistake. People are suspecting me based on my actions rather than based on some ridiculous assertion that I "lied" and made a colossal mistake voting for someone in thread that would have been against my benefit. The Lost suspicion was SO ABSURD it couldn't even have been true for me to be bad, IMO. Kind of like how I saw the Mongoose suspicion in this game, if that makes sense.

Even though the suspicion against me in this game is incorrect and largely unfounded, the circumstances are entirely different.

There was nothing to be gained by a self-vote in this occasion.

I at least felt there was something to be gained in Lost. Which is odd because there is almost NEVER a time and a place for a self-vote, but I still stand by the one I made in that game.

To this date that suspicion is the most ridiculous one I've ever been up against.

Well since MP seems to have considered it "challenge accepted" situation and is now the top poster, I could test my theory for sure, by notmhelping save him. However, I feel the best about him so far and dont want to waste another lynch on a civ.

At this point I may just go the WOG route.

I will consider voting WOG as an option so that we can possibly learn things in the night phase about MP or at least have more time to discuss the decision. I do think there are aspects of MP that are suspicious but he is a large contributor, and I wouldn't want to lynch him if he is civvie. I feel like it's a dumb choice, but I don't see people willing to vote MR, and I am not sure that I am willing to trust my instincts and go with MR after what happened with Russ, plus I am not sure there are enough to vote with me on MR.

This is how I feel on MR too. He would be getting my vote right now otherwise. However, I would like to keep MP in the game for now. Frankly I wont be surprised if WOG flips civ though.

It's entirely possible and I am not saying it won't happen. As SVS has been so kind to point out, probability wise it's likely. But I do not like the idea of an MP lynch at the moment, and it could be a horrible mistake, if that is the case then I apologize and hope I did not screw the game up!
