Also, tell me which of DDL/Snow Dog is my teammate. That's the hypothesis you've created to come to the conclusion that I'm bad. I feel like you're more interested in lynching me for hindsight information than your actual suspicion of me, and I'm not having it.

Putting down Epi as a soft Indy. I don't think he's bad, but he's being too irrational to be civ.

Not really.
If you genuinely hadn't caught up, why do you have to blast people who suspect you?
Why not say, "Hey, I haven't read anything. I intend to, and will when I am able."
Instead you lose your shit. Why?
Nobody is lynching you Day 4. Everybody is lynching Quin.
Why shouldn't I blast people? It might wake them up.
I don't think I'm being lynched. I do think putting people on blast soon sorts out those who are thinking from those that aren't.
Whom are you waking up? You're only bitching at DDL. Don't give me that nonsense. You're not "putting people on blast" either. That's not the same thing as what I said.
My point was you could have explained why you were out (like I did). You didn't do that. You got pissy. Then you tried to turn things around on ME without even reading the thread. Shame on you if you are a civilian, and I hope you get killed if you're bad.

Bollocks. I never tried to turn it on you. I was just pointing out how little thought ddl put into it.
And if you can tell me the difference between 'blasting people' and 'putting them on blast' id like to know.
Ddl gave 6 names he believed should be killed by the vig... not because they were bad, but just because they didn't contribute during a single particular day. Explain to me why that doesn't deserve firm scrutiny?
I'm not 'pissy'. I'm pursuing what I saw as a bullshit attempt to appear contributory without actually being. I'd have no issue lynchind ddl, and if he is bad I'm willing to bet not one of those 6 are on his team.

No, I just don't see a situation where you could be behaving this irrationally if you were a civ. And your baddie game is better than this. Your argument against me doesn't make sense, you're using crappy examples to back it up, you still haven't addressed my counter to your case, and this is just one occurrence of this behaviour. Golden wrote:And if you can tell me the difference between 'blasting people' and 'putting them on blast' id like to know.
My intended meaning, as you can see from the context, is that you don't act rudely toward someone coming at you for not being around. Putting someone "on blast" is a stupid teenager phase that means to ridicule someone in front of others. You didn't ridicule others.

Night 3 - The Swashbuckling Swan Song
Working in a factory can be monotonous. It can be repetitive. It can be redundant. It can be boring. It can be tedious. It can be dull. It can be synonymous.
Upon arriving in Paltryville, the beachgoers were quickly put to work in the lumbermill, save for the handful who had crept away to investigate Dr. Orwell's office. After what felt like decades, but which was in fact somewhere in the vicinity of 16 minutes, Wilgy had had enough.
"I've had enough!" Wilgy verbalized, throwing down the planks he had been carrying. "Let's get out of this town!"
"Now, now," came an oily voice from the doorway. Dr. Orwell strode in, her boots creating an ominous sound of impending doom. Doom. Doom. Doom. Finally she faced Wilgy and smiled evilly. "I think you need a checkup."
"Too late, Doc, he's terminal!" shrieked Orwell's assistant, who pulled off her wig to reveal that she was in fact Olaf. The Count grabbed Orwell's sword (it should be mentioned that the doctor frequently carried a sword) and plunged it into Wilgy's heart, finally pushing him into a large rotating saw. Within a moment Wilgy was beside himself, and also dead.
"Now see here!" Mr. Poe insisted. "Someone must account for this crime!"
Unfortunately, as Olaf had put his wig back on, Poe could not tell who among them was the killer. He declared that a lineup was in order. As the company began to line up against the factory wall, one of them stumbled over a stray log. Mr. Poe reached out to steady them, but unfortunately he ended up pushing too hard, and INH fell backwards through a window and into the street, right into the path of that day's only bus into Paltryville.
DrWilgy has been killed by Olaf.
INH has been killed by Mr. Poe.
It is now Day 4. You have 48 hours to lynch someone.

The beachgoers who investigated Dr. Orwell's office found not only a great deal of optometrist equipment, but a moderate deal of hypnotist equipment. Among the items they discovered was a book titled How to Resist Hypnotism. This book would never come in handy for any of the beachgoers.
Meanwhile, the members of the group who did not visit the office were found by Dr. Orwell and hypnotized in acting more peculiarly than usual. Upon returning from the office, the rest of the company immediately knew that one of the hypnotized must be the firestarter (a word here meaning arsonist).
Everybody who voted to visit the office may not be voted on Day 4. They may still vote for the players on the poll.

I don't deny that suspecting me is rational, especially after Dom flipped. But Epi's specific case against me isn't rational at all.
To break it down, he threw a post at me claiming it could be detected even though all signs point towards that not being the case; his accusation rests on the belief that either DDL or Snow Dog is my teammate, and although I've pressed him to elaborate three times now, he still hasn't given me the time of day about it; he's accusing me of fabricating my reads even though he's the last person who should be accusing me of that given that he was my teammate in Mad Max.
He's irrational.

As for Dom's accusations towards me, I don't think he even checked me. His accusation felt more 'heat of the moment' based on the fact that I was the lone off-wagoner than it was built on information. He never even interacted with me before he died, as far as I can recall.

Agree, agree, disagree.
Epi, I agree with everything you said, and I don't see evidence of irrationality. If I were hosting, I would accept that LD statement. "I think xxx and yyy are teammates", when xxx is my teammate and yyy isn't, is a 100% no-squirming-room, verifiable lie. It's as simple as it gets, unless you want to accept fancy language like "I can think anything I want! Right now I am thinking I'm Oprah Winfrey, so a LD check on 'I think I'm Oprah!!' comes back true!" No. Just no.
Quin looks very bad to me from this whole interaction. I think he's trying quite hard to discredit you by any means necessary. I get the vibe that, were he a family member, he would be trying to get you put away in a sanitarium just so he can have power of attorney.
And Eloh.... I have a partly finished ISO of her, and she's already twinged my suspicions more than making me feel comfortable.
