I would recommend you the game called "Kind words", it should be 5 dollars on Steam. It's about strangers sending out anonymous short letters talking about their problems or venting, and other strangers anonymously replying with kind words. You can do both. It is centered around a very focused lo-fi aesthetic theme, the art, music and everything and it has uplifted me in the past. It's really cute.
