fwiw, i feel the same way about made. it bothers me that the best reason i can give for why we might live in a made!town world is: "tone". tone reads are cool, but if my tonal tr on someone doesn't develop into a more fleshed out & logical read, then i start to get concerned

i quickly looked over the Ellie games that Esooa linked. Esooa's right that Bread Ellie looks like neither of them, and i am left shrugging. she's much more assertive here than she was in either of her first two games. the only note i have is from this little quote snippet out of her scum game:

the thing that bothers me the most about made's read on you is the dissonance between their level of confidence vs the reasoning they've presented in the thread

he's put more effort into solving this game than I've seen from him previously, and while it could be the case that he's doing that because he enjoys mafia more, I Don't think it is. Because I would be surprised if mafia!lc has the motivation to act in this way when likely inevitably being baked regardless.
