I think his observation on Epi is the towniest thing in the thread thus far. Dizzy only has 7 posts, but his treatment of me does remind me very much of how he treated me in Dobby's game on MU this past winter where I was wolf, where he basically spent Days 1-2 saying "Marmot you're so lovely but haha wow, you're such an obvious wolf and we need to kill you bye!!" It's not much but I think he's town for now.

No this does not mean I'm a wolf, I just sense a similarity to how Dizzy has treated wolfreads of me in the past.

I find it really weird that Scotty townread's LC's waffle on Scotty, and LC is at 50/50 on Scotty right now.

I don't get these reads.

I thought LC was coming around on v!Scotty over his last few observations of him, so the 50/50 threw me off. Scotty just kinda accepted the 50/50 read without batting an eye, which doesn't really match his general approach of pressure to the thread.

Can you two explain these reads in more depth plz?

I have a very slight ping from Thunal's post here. Mainly the slight dig at me which is the only such post she made in the first couple pages of this game. This post caught my eye. Marmots reasons for pulling this post as sus are pretty nuanced, and require reading into what Thunal said quite a bit. Other posts other people have made about them, more overt posts, got the equivalent of a 'meh' reaction from them. And her original remark doesn't read like a "dig", it reads like a math nerd inside joke.

This posts reads to me like one of two things to me, neither of them towny. Either they are trying to find a reason to state a sus of Thunal since she is the main other person taking thread heat at this point, or they are trying to put some distance between themself and Thunal should one of them go over. At this point, Thunal looks pretty much like she did in Sesame St early to me, where she was town, so I'm leaning the former, but I have more bad experience with her than town, so

I just skimmed so far, that ^^ is what jumped out to me. I doubt I'm in danger of even approaching 70 posts, much less going over, lol, so I'll react as I go along like normal. I especially want to read Syn v Thunal, becasue i'm not sure I got the issue there on a skim.

I noticed this conversation last night, but wanted to see where it went, since i was kinda townreading Syn in general as well, and kinda wanted to know why he thought that was unreasonable

Having read the whole thing again, I think Syn is sincere in the whole exchange, I think he really believes what he's saying. Thunal, maybe not. She feels like she's scrambling a bit. Could be becasue the basis of the suspicion is unexpected (I know I'm always taken aback a bit when someone questions my townread of them, looking at you Sean), but it feels more like she's over explaining a bit. More than a bit in some places.

I came back for Anni. I didn't play Jestermania. Have I ever (recently, not back in the day) seen you bad? I'm not sure that I have.

Over all, if I had to GTH vote for either Marmot or Thunal, I'd vote Marmot. If I made rainbows, Thunal'd be orange, Marmot'd be red. I'd like to hear from Dizzy on Thunal, too.

I think Epi probably didn't know votes were locked. If Epi is mafia that faked not knowing votes were locked, what's his plan? To vote me, making his vote unavailable for anyone else later, and to risk it being seen as performative? I don't think it's a very good plan. I do have some paranoia after Belzy's snipe on me in Sesame Street, but I don't really think it's like that because he could easily have just voted me later.

I would agree that caring about appearances would be a bad look for Epi, specifically. He normally doesn’t give a rats butt how he looks.

Can you point me to a post where that happened? I read over the thread this AM and saw that that vote, and the 60/70 posts thing, had happened, but I didn’t read much into his reaction.

I believe that Epi accidentally vote-locked, and IMO if that is true, it likely means town!Epi. It could have been faked, but I just don't see it.

What’s bugging me is that post in the middle where sean says ‘at this point it’s a pattern’. Because it seems to me that post is still shading marmot but he’s already reflected that he didn’t suspect him for the reason that he thought he did. Then to follow it up with marmot being one of the only ones in the top town tier? Baffling.

Nutella had some quick reads. And then this somehow developed to this whole conversation where Marmot tries to ask Nut why she's Nut. And they both use words while also not really trying to communicate. Like, it's kind of unnecessary to communicate about in the first place, but they do it anyway, but they don't really do it.
