Hey guys, let's all remember that this is a game we all pay to have fun. As such, it's pretty important that even though you are calling each other liars and scum, you still treat each other respectfully. And if there is a problem between players I would ask you please utilize me in my Facilitator role. I'm here to get yelled at,
cursed at, bitched at, throat punched, whatever man! And if I can help, I will. So, let's have fun, keep it game centered and not take shots at each other on a personal level.

I also don't really think this thing where you take control of the entire lynch is a good idea. Regardless of whether you have good ideas about who should be lynched, and regardless of whether you're even telling the truth about having a lynch switch at all, claiming that you do risks stifles discussion. If people believe their votes don't matter then they'll spend less time talking about who they're going to vote for and who they suspect. I don't see what the positive is supposed to be.

This is accurate. Discussion today has been halted by Epi going after Dunya and JJJ. There isn't much room of discussion outside of that unless someone wants to try to convince Epi that he's wrong.
But Epi could be making all of this up.
If everything Epi has said is a lie, then as it stands Nutella would get lynched. I don't like that outcome but I don't have a better one. I'll make the inevitable late day 1 argument: anyone wanna lynch rabbit? Seems pretty quiet.

I think a better question is, do you have any thoughts on me? because you've brought me up twice now as a discussion topic without really giving a reason why.

If you want people to talk about me then be the change you want to see in the world.
I think I've come to the conclusion that I'm wrong / can't support myself but I want other people to tell me I'm wrong so I can feel better about switching my vote.
Can you please explain what it is you think you have on him? Nobody can tell you you're wrong if you don't say what it is you're thinking. I've seen Kyle's town style.

I don't really want to vote for rabbit tbh partially because he's my fellow pegasus and I'd prefer to give him a chance to get in here, and partially because I don't think his absence is indicative of a scum alignment -- he's been gone longer than the other two inactives (wilgy and lapluie) and I don't think he's even been online since he missed his chance to draft someone. If he were mafia he'd have been back by now. I'd be much more inclined to lynch wilgy or lap.

this is a good point tbh. I don't like being told that nobody's votes matter on day 1 and I don't like leaving the lynch in the hands of one person who doesn't have any more knowledge than anyone else (presumably). that being said, I'd be happy if circumstances lead to my surviving the lynch, I just hope it's not another valuable civ who ends up dying instead

Okay, so when I went to bed last night this was the last thing Kyle posted:

Long Con wrote: Sun Feb 11, 2018 11:39 pm So, who's going to get nightkilled first?

Everyone knows everyone's abilities, right? The Mafia will kill the abilities that threaten them the most.... right?

Have I missed discussion on this?
why would we discuss that
which was weird

At the same time he had (and still has) the third highest post count but he hadn't posted much of substance. Which I'm typically fine with but while JJJ was making the high posters = town argument it seemed like an easy way for cred. So last night I had him on my 3 most likely mafia list.

When I woke up this morning there was that whole "does the day end tomorrow thing" which after several discussions about using naivety seemed a little off. Since I'm unfamiliar with meta, I put a vote there and tried to get others to make a read there. It didn't happen which means two things: 1. no one really had a read, and 2. mafia had better things to do. I kept the vote to see if the trend would continue.

After I voted for him he shifted pretty seamlessly into a "doing things" Kyle, so I guess something happened. In the last few hours he's made a few solid posts that I'd typically call town.

Per this post from Epignosis here. Colin took a staunch opposition of Epignosis's strategy. Epignosis dissected his complaints and voted for him.

In a world where Epignosis is a civilian and Colin is mafia, why would Colin choose to oppose this?
