My weighted blanket used to help me sleep but I dunno why I can't sleep now I've always slept better with someone around tbh I wish there was a way to simulate that cause I just need the presence of someone for whatever reason they don't need to even be in bed with me the best sleep I've got in months recently was when my friend was visiting and he was sitting on my desk chair playing games when I slept

I think my vacation will be the best 5 days of sleep I've had in a long time like years tbh cause I'll finally be with Caitlin but yeah this is killing me I haven't struggled to sleep like this in...a long time

Maybe. I really doubt the votes on me are pure at this point and I'm not seeing towny Nutella yet. She could be struggling to get into the game like I am but there isn't that attachment to her reads I'm used to seeing from her. I also don't really think she votes me out here.

What is the cause?

Scientifically, there's an ideal breathing pattern for falling asleep. Inhale for 4 seconds, hold it for 7 seconds, and exhale for 8 seconds, and repeat.

Although I don't personally subscribe to holding it for 7 seconds, when I do 4 in - 8 out, I fall asleep pretty quickly. Worth a try.

Abigail, limit the energy drinks, they’re not good for your health. If possible switch to 1-2 cups of black coffee.
Go to the gym or exercise and try to make a sleeping schedule. Eat properly (healthy food) and drink water.
Try to relax at sleeping time, just breathing and thinking how your limbs become heavier and consciously relaxing all your body muscles including those around the eyes, forhead, all face, etc. At one moment the heaviness of your body will make you sleepy.

It's anxiety and add i just can't shut my brain off and it races through just nonsense

But it's also possible I have some kind of sleep apnea it doesn't happen much but I've woken up choking or like unable to breathe which makes me panic and makes it hard for me to sleep again cause I get scared but that happens like a few times a year usually
