I'll immediately say I think doing this looks good for you at least. You would know as well as anyone that going in with the conclusion that a person is bad is a crappy approach and you did it anyway. The follow-up makes it worth a damn in my eyes.

I am particularly interested in Dizzy and Colin. They're the most difficult cases to sort given my own preconceptions and also the fact that my own content plays a large role in what I compiled. A less biased perspective would be super.

I'm not telling you that you must, and I realize that people will be spooked when I say this, but it could go a long way toward sorting out POE. If you're not in any immediate danger, don't worry about it -- just make sure any information you possess can be identified in your posts without too much confusion when you're gone. Gladys Campbell in particular is running out of dentists to check.

Gladys should also claim if she manages to identify all of the living dentists. She effectively becomes vanilla then. I just realised all civilian deaths have been dentists. Christ

This comparison Marmot drew for lapluie is a bit loaded. The Mortal Kombat example featured her asking a question about someone else's suspicion, not explaining her own (or explaining a civilian read). There's no contradiction here.

When you think about MP's alignment in this game, what single thing gives you the most pause when considering him a bad guy?
I've found his interactions with wolbre to be pretty sincere and believable. I don't think they're teammate compatible (which is something I thought going into today).
I didn't see much evidence that Marmot was considering both sides of the coin when judging MP in this game, and when I asked for some I got this half-baked "not teammates with X" thing. Meh.

I've made a lot of posts this game, so I'll take it as a compliment that your case against Mac is almost as large as your case against me (which is mostly built on WIFOM anyway).

A lot has happened since I was previously active in the thread. Both of my top scumreads are dead, so my reevaluation looks like this.

Currently, my top suspect is Colin, because of a gutwrenching post I pointed out earlier.

I've gone back and forth on Charlie. His contributions to this game have come when he's taken heat, and despite his low activity (by his standards) and use of baseball metaphors, he's still taken to bashing others' playstyle, namely MP.

Dizzy comes next, mainly because I don't feel any confidence that they're town.

Hmm. My recollection is that I've done it in bajillion mafia games of various alignments, but yes you're right that it backfired one time when I was mafia.

So why is this a part of your case?

A guy I have personally caught as a bad guy for engaging in WIFOM nonsense entered this game as a replacement and immediately said "I got a mafia role card".

I'm not ignoring that. It isn't irrefutable evidence that you're a bad guy, but it is a bad look.
