Does anyone else feel like this is going to result in a 1-on-1 lynch?
Murder, Mayhem, and Mafia

What roles could do that? The Hatter, Gollum, Voldemort... outside chance of The Doctor, but it doesn't seem like Doc's style to kill people who voted for him.zeek wrote:Whose only voter died mysteriously? Oh, so you're talking about Fight Club?Long Con wrote:Is this like the Day 2 thing, where we each have to pick the person who picked us, and you can't pick someone already picked? Just two-person fights?
I feel like it's some sort of tandem event, like the previous partnering outing.zeek wrote:Does anyone else feel like this is going to result in a 1-on-1 lynch?

Gollum? Roxy might have had the Ring? It could be something unrelated to the lynch of course. There is a secret role.Long Con wrote:What roles could do that? The Hatter, Gollum, Voldemort... outside chance of The Doctor, but it doesn't seem like Doc's style to kill people who voted for him.
Uh, at the risk of spreading the vote, you voted for the guy with 1 vote at the time (Mine) and spread the vote?nijuukyugou wrote:Dammit dammit dammit my stupid post got lost...let's try to remember it, even though it was a jumbled mess of tired thoughts![]()
Okay. So I've been reading the thread in spurts as I was able tonight (multitasking and whatnot). The main thing that I noticed was how many times the suspicions/majority votes seemed to change. Interesting theories on quiet/inactive players, and some nastiness along the way which was unfortunate. I am running on 2-3 hours of sleep from last night and I have been fighting the urge to fall asleep where I am all day. That being said, while I see some interesting cases, and I'd like to check the validity of this sudden popular vote on Russ, I am far too tired to do so, and I am not comfortable voting without checking. So at the risk of spreading the vote/looking like whatever, I'm going to vote LC, because my opinion on him hasn't changed. Might look at the whole changing aspect of people's opinions/votes tonight when I'm more awake, might not. Sleep will tell. Sleeeeeep.
So good night, good luck, and I hope the outcome is favorable. And I hope I made some semblance of sense above
Now how did I do that?Elohcin wrote:Just b/c you weren't lynched doesn't mean you were an asshole. I still think MP basically outed that he is on the baddies side.
LOL, what a fitting end to the day. Seriously. No other end would have been better. I love it.timmer wrote:I'm guessing Omega Red wasn't submitting names each night, and the votes just accumulated? What an appropriately fucked up end to a fucked up lynch.

Wow, this is so brilliant. So lucky we had a non-participant, for once. I'm very glad that role is gone tbh.timmer wrote:I'm guessing Omega Red wasn't submitting names each night, and the votes just accumulated? What an appropriately fucked up end to a fucked up lynch.
I think he more outed that he's on his own side, and doesn't care who dies.Elohcin wrote:Just b/c you weren't lynched doesn't mean you were an asshole. I still think MP basically outed that he is on the baddies side.
I've always wanted to do that! I will probably fight Mongoose.Mongoose wrote:Who wants to fight me?

But you know very well that as the members of a badie team start to get lynched, that the voting records, thread comments and everything start to build up and it becomes increasingly easier with each baddie teammate's death to find the rest of them. Thus, if DH were a suit, for instance, you would have no problem indirectly moving a lynch away from snowy, if you thought snowy was his teammate, as protecting snowy would mean protecting DH. Right?MovingPictures07 wrote:How could I possibly be on the baddies' side? I don't know who they are. Even if my Narrator was bad, that still would only be one bad role that I would know.
Hypothetically, sure. I would never know for sure, but you're right that I could make educated guesses.timmer wrote:But you know very well that as the members of a badie team start to get lynched, that the voting records, thread comments and everything start to build up and it becomes increasingly easier with each baddie teammate's death to find the rest of them. Do you deny that DH is that least a recruit? You were adamant that you would not vote him today.MovingPictures07 wrote:Hypothetically, sure. Unfortunately for that theory, I picked a civilian.
I do deny that, since he is not my recruit. I can see why you'd think that, BUT, I've said multiple times I intended on lynching DH. I changed my mind only upon realization of a certain possibility.timmer wrote:Do you deny that DH is that least a recruit? Are you suggesting that Roxy died of a poisoning or something?MovingPictures07 wrote:Also, timmer, you should reconsider your narrow-minded approach to DH and Snowy.
Didn't Rox say she was sick earlier? So how would her vote for Snowy on D6 have anything to do with that?

Nijuu has been after me all game for my Rey vote. She has been consistent, and is one of the people that doesn't have to do much explaining for her actions in the last lynch.MovingPictures07 wrote:I hope Blooper explains her vote, since she was the first one to vote LC.

I will be interested in what you find. I re-read her maybe a cycle ago and couldn't find anything that made me more suspicious (I originally just had a gut vibe about her but could not support it with thread evidence).DharmaHelper wrote:I think we need to look at ni...nij...bloo...that one.MovingPictures07 wrote:I eagerly await your clarification.DharmaHelper wrote:Hold that thought.MovingPictures07 wrote:In fact, I would bet there's at least one baddie in the original voters for Russ.

Here's a post from Nijuu. Defensive of DH from the get-go.nijuukyugou wrote:I'm just going to go ahead and vote LC off of what pinged me in the first place (getting after reywaS for being defensive and voting for him so early), as well as more recent events. The back and forth between him and DH makes me think that LC was actually being quite defensive (more than necessary). He also seemed to be digging at DH's supposed "mudslinging then backing off," but I found DH's defense of himself to be sound (one can suspect something, then back off when it's proven by others or situations that that suspicion might be unfounded). Although DH can be a master of deception, from my little experience with him, he doesn't give me the baddie vibes today (he was more lighthearted and less argumentative when I played with him in Misfits). Anyway, that's what pings me the most Day 1, so I'll be going with that.
Yeah pretty neat how I defended you from that bandwagon and named her as my top suspect aint it.Long Con wrote:Here's a post from Nijuu. Re the first post: Sorry I forgot to thank you for your sympathies regarding the last lynch. It's true I have been focusing on myself too much, and not giving appreciation to guys like you who, despite being on opposite sides of the Mafia melee, can keep it real like that and recognize some unusual craziness.DharmaHelper wrote:Yeah pretty neat how I defended you from that bandwagon and named her as my top suspect aint it.Long Con wrote:Here's a post from Nijuu. Re the second post: Yes, I know. It's a point to think about. I went back to search her posts to see if she was actually suspecting me for just the Rey vote on Day One, and I found that defense of you interesting enough to share.
And I could be wrong, and she's a Civ, and she just legit suspects me, and you are fine with taking her down because she's not on your team. Or you're teammates, and your recent post was high-quality distancing. I am trying not to be biased with my opinion on that one, not because I'm unsure of your baddieness, but because I'm unsure of Nijuu's connection to you.
Whaaaaaat? I said no such thing!Long Con wrote:Does anyone still listen to this viper?MovingPictures07 wrote:Also, timmer, you should reconsider your narrow-minded approach to DH and Snowy.
He's trolling, people. He said so himself.
