We have dance parties at my house (me and the kids). I think the last song we danced to was ZZ Top's "La Grange." Before that was "Don't Turn Around" by Ace of Base. (We have to alternate between "boy songs" and "girl songs").

I spent shabbot with a Jewish friend, which is Saturday - Sunday each week. But they practice faithfully.

That's a tough question. Probably Rush on the Clockwork Angels tour last year with you and Tommy, but my other 4 Rush concerts as well as the Dream Theater, Flecktones (both times), Devin Townsend, Yes, Sigur Ros, etc. concerts are all very close. Primus and The Decemberists were also excellent, as well as many others, but I can at least say those in a category below the others I listed. I'm not sure.

From New York To NW Montana (@2,600 miles), about 10 times. Farthest in one day, NY to Chicago.
