When did you gain your other abilities?

I gained my orders abilities when the order givers died and I gained what approximates to a one shot tie breaker the night Sloonei died. I didn’t use it yesterday, I don’t know how that was decided. I had assumed Alison gave it to me, which meant that my power didn’t work as I wanted it to.
